Had an amazing dine-in experience in this restaurant. Food was very good, tasty, and has generous serving for its cheap price! We came back the following day because of their food. Customer service is superb as well! Thanks Kim and Achi for assisting us! Will definitely recommend to my Filipino friends!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the sturgeon hotpot at Red Dzao House and it left quite an impression. The dish showcased a perfect blend of freshness and flavor.
The sturgeon, known for its firm texture, was expertly prepared, offering a delightful melt-in-your-mouth experience. The broth was a harmonious mix of savory and aromatic spices, complementing the mildness of the sturgeon.
The hotpot experience was elevated with a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs, enhancing both the visual appeal and taste profile. The attentive service (specially staff A Ching) added to the overall satisfaction, making it a memorable dining experience.
If you're a seafood enthusiast looking for a unique hotpot adventure, I highly recommend trying the sturgeon hotpot at Red Dzao House. It's a culinary journey that skillfully combines quality ingredients with skilled preparation.

We were served by A Chi who gave us great food recommendations and made sure we enjoyed our meal. We ordered grilled pork and tofu and both were really good. The food was delicious. The vegetables were fresh. I really liked the taste of ô dây, a leaf with sour taste.

The restaurant provide the variety of selections. The food was very excellent. Hotpot with fish was super tasty and big portions. The waiter named ‘A chi’ was very generous and offer the right menu fit for us. We had a great evening here

SaPa is lucky enough to have some great restaurants, and Red Dzao House is one of them.
Situated up a small hill from the SaPa Square, its location is not far but far enough away from the busy areas. I dined in their alfresco section (in the far corner), which offered a small view of the street and of the mountains in the far distance. They have inside dining and upstairs too, all with a very nice, traditional looking decor and atmosphere. The alfresco area has some small trees and plants scattered throughout and cultural lanterns hanging everywhere. This gives a good ambience and a pleasurable dining experience.
Red Dzao House's menu has many selections to choose from (Soups, Appetisers, Mains & Desserts), with some Vietnamese dishes. Mostly dishes for tourists, but I did encounter many locals eating here. The wine list and beverage options are also quite vast in endeavours to cover diners' preferences.
The service is good, and I was greeted immediately (and allowed to sit in the alfresco section with my dog) and escorted to a table. I arrived early, around 6pm, but as I left, the restaurant was beginning to get quite busy.
I ordered Red Dzao Soup (delicious) & Chicken Fillet with Creamy Mushroom Sauce that cane with a Vietnamese salad and a few chips (another delicious dish). These meals were well presented and arrived at my table quite quickly. I also ordered a Virgin Colada, which was quite large and really tasty. The prices aren't too expensive, especially for the quality and quantity I received but are higher than many of the local eateries.
The small faults i experienced were small but significant enough to mention. 1. Before I finished my soup, the main course was served. 2. The chicken fillet had a small bone left inside of it. (Hence, I only gave them four stars for food.)
Definitely recommended for a nice dining experience and a change from the local eateries and street food. I will be returning to dine again on some different options.

Second visit was equally as good as my first visit, but I had a lunch instead. The place has lots of seating but attracts a lot of people, so you MAY not get a table immediately during peak times.
This time I had a Tropicana (non-alcoholic cocktail) to drink and Grilled Pork in Sesame & Honey. This was delicious, though the pork was slightly chewy, but that didn't spoil the meal.
Again, the prices were good value for the portion, quality and presentation.
I'll come back again if time permits.

Food is good. Big portion & nice. Best part of this restaurant is their excellent customer service & ambience. When dining, they always make sure everyone is seated & very attentive. Very chill ❤ Definitely recommended!

I recommend this restaurant.
The wait staff wear traditional outfits.
The sweet potato balls, green papaya salad, eggplant with garlic, fish, and a shrimp dish were all tasty.
One nice thing was that the music was not Christmas songs as so many places have. Instead it was music of the northern hill tribes. Outside there are many beautiful lanterns.

Such a lovely restaurant! The staff were amazing and a special shout out to A Chi who gave the perfect recommendations. Very warm and cosy and would love to visit again

This is one restaurant you should not miss while in SaPa. Don't worry they have several staffs capable of speaking English.
Ordered grilled pork, salmon with mango sauce, salad and omelettes which all really good. The salmon and grilled pork is the champion here.
Located in SaPa central with traditional SaPa wooden house really brings uncompromise culinary experience!

A really lovely restaurant with delicious food. Especially enjoyed the grilled aubergine.

We came here just before leaving Sa Pa and had the vegetable fried rice, garlic 🍣 salmon, pork with sesame and honey and spring rolls.

Our server Tuan, was really nice, and very helpful!

One warning ⚠: tall people should be careful as there are beams upstairs that I hit my head on. But this should not prevent you from coming here! 😃

We orderer hot Plate pork with local spices and it’s very savory. The tofu with tomato sauce is really nice. The waitress, named Hai is friendly and can speak English quite well. Recommended restaurant while you are in Sapa.

It was super crowded for a Tuesday evening with multiple turnover of tour groups and walk-ins. Served by a lady called Thom who was cheery, helpful and full of smiles. 5⭐ for her service excellence.

The best food we have had in town. A Chi our host was the best, super accommodating and so kind to cater to our requests, and service was great. All around a great restaurant and we left feeling so full. We had salmon hotpot, papaya salad, grilled lemongrass beer and eggplant.

Had a blast at the restaurant! Hot pot, sweet and sour pork, and honey duck were all on point. Definitely worth checking out, and the folks there are super friendly too. Highly recommend for a good time and good eats!

The restaurant had a lovely ambiance, the staff was absolutely delightful and of course the food was fantastic. We especially enjoyed their house suggestion, the hot pot, which our waiter took the time to explain and show us how to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Portions are huge! Ordered enough for four people when there were just two of us. Thanks for A Chi for his service - always smiling and happy to recommend dishes
