Vietnam Sustainable Space

Vietnam Sustainable Space is a place with interesting concept: you can do everything here and pay yourself. You can exchange books, exchange or buy secondhand clothes, make coffee, buy environment-friendly products. The founder of VSS is an acoustic singer from Vietnam. The staff is volunteers and very friendly and kind. A pleasant, relaxing, enjoyable space

Lần đầu tui thấy chỗ bán cà phê tự phục vụ kế bên chỗ bán một ít qần áo mà có máy may cho khách tự sửa đồ. Nét chữ "hướng dẫn sử dụng" qá đẹp. Một không gian là lạ và đáng ghé thử 1 lần.

Trong hai tháng sống tại Hội An, VSS thực sự là căn nhà mát lành để mình lui tới.Ở đây có trà thơm, cà phê ngon. Có gian bếp xinh xắn để mình tự xắn tay áo lên mà pha thức uống cho bản thân. Có Bơ, bạn mèo bé xíu, dễ cưng muốn xỉu. Một chỗ vô cùng yên tĩnh để đọc sách, viết lách lẫn làm việc. Nếu có dịp nào ra Hội An, vô cùng khuyến khích các bạn một lần đến VSS. Tại đây, mình đã được kết bạn với rất nhiều bạn trẻ hay ho. ^^

I was in VSS Vietnam Sustainable Space, and i was so suprised about the behavior of the two girls that runs this place. They don't like foreners i guess. It was suposed to be an "open minded place" but is just the contrary. I felt invisible at the point one day i said "hello" to a girl that runs the place (a local, she has round glasses) and she just did not aswer me, as i were not there. I went there around 6 times to work with computer and the treatment from the local girls that run that place was always the same. I just talked one day with a French guy that seems to be the only normal person there.

I guess is racism, or just ignorance, or mix of the two, but i wasn't expecting that from a place that calls himself a VSS Vietnam Sustainable Space.

The feeling is nobody cares about a place that could be very interesting, coherer, intelectually interesting and doing a lot a activities.

The feeling inside is sad and heavy, and should be happy and confident. A smile cost you nothing i guess.

Sorry, but i don't recomend.
