VM Travel - Let us show you Vietnam

We have enjoyed the services of VM Travel three times now. Today we took a private transfer from Hue to Danang. Our driver Tri was a lot of fun. He is very funny, and great to talk with. Most importantly he communicated clearly with us when he had arrived at our hotel in Hue, at the agreed time and the trip was very comfortable in a modern, clean vehicle. Highly recommend this company and driver. Driver made a convenience stop as we requested.

I used VM Travel for our transfers and tours throughout Vietnam. Ms Pansy and her staff are wonderful and communication was first rate via email and WhatsApp. I would absolutely use VM travel on our next trip to Vietnam.

I organised 9 different transfers with Ngan who was very helpful prior to leaving Australia and so far 7 down, and all have been good.
Of particular note is the service provided by Loc, who we have had twice now, Da Nang to Hue and then three days later, Hue to Hoi An. Loc is a professional and safe driver, a great guy, English speaking and shared history and experiences with us, making these journeys just that much more pleasant.

Excellent Service, we dealt with Kim and she was amazing, so lovely to deal with and nothing was an issue for her. She helped with our travel and cars throughout Vietnam. She was alway attentive and any issue we had she dealt with them straight away, it made our trip very enjoyable.
Well done VM travel, 6 stars, anybody travelling to Vietnam should not hesitate and use this local travel company.

Went from the dock in Hoi An (speedboat/ferry dock to Cham Island) to Hue with Top. Really great ride with him, car is modern&clean with enough space for luggage and sitting comfortably. Pre-ride comms with booking agent Jena also really nicely done. Would recommend them to everyone!

Amazing trekking tour! Our guide Mr Hao and driver Antony picked us up from our hotel in Hue. We drove to Bach ma national park and trekked for a good few hours including some slightly scary moments across lakes and little waterfalls. There were secure ropes by the harder bits which was very welcomed. Our guide was experienced and we both felt safe. Lunch was provided, chicken was nice. Bring extra water bottle, as in hot weather you sweat a-lot (i did). Also bring safety toilet paper as the facilities are basic. After the trek our excellent driver Antony drove us to Hoi An with stop offs at some lovely spots including a beach, oyster lake, old fort and then went through da nang crossing the dragon golden bridge. Highly recommend this tour!

I contacted this travel agency for arranging a private car transport for our entire 7N/8D trip in vietnam. Mrs. Hong from the travel office, co-ordinated and took care of all the airport transfers and intercity road private car transfers as well as private city tours in hue ,hoi an, ninghbingh and hanoi, for our customised private family trip in vietnam. Everything went very well and we enjoyed the entire trip. We booked our 1 day private tour from Da Nang to Hoi An with Ms Pansy of VM Travel. It was a wonderful experience as she answered all our queries and concerns. The english speaking tour guide we got Mr.Sinh was amazing. He has a great ability to connect with people of different cultures and is very friendly and resourceful.
We had requested Vegan lunch to be arranged and it was done wonderfully.
The customer service we experienced from VM Travels- especially Mr.Sinh and Pansy is unmatched. Keep up the good work.
Though we booked once again a private tour with VMTravels in Hanoi as well. But the customer service we found bit lacking there. Anyway, not all days are the same.
We would not hesitate in recommending VM Travels to others especially from India to try it out when visiting Vietnam.

Travelled yesterday with family from Hue to Hoi An and had super friendly, helpful and professional driver Loc with perfect English. He gave us a lot of opportunities to stop and take rest and photos and never made us feel rushed. Had wonderful time at the most amazing places. The car was new, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this if transfeterring between these two places. Really can't ask for more.

VM Travel's Mr Ben Lee was quick to reply to my queries via email. Everything was confirmed via email. Payment is easy, just pay cash at the end of tour.
Our guide, Mr Nguyen Cong, though just 30 years old, is a walking encloypedia of Vietnamese history. He is so clear about the history of the 13 emperors, their stories etc. Mr Cong also provided facts about the oyster farming, religions, culture...
My family of 11, ranging from teens to elderlies enjoyed our tours of Hue city and Hoi An old town very much. Thank you very much to Mr Cong!

We booked a trip to Bach Ma national park and we got a way better price than anything we saw online (600k). The trip included a pick up from the hotel, lunch and a tour guide.

We took a private taxi from Hue to Hoi An, combining it with some stops on the way and a visit of My Son. Luis is a great driver and shared some interesting insights about Vietnam during the ride.

We booked transfer from and to Hanoi airport to town and return trip to Ninh Binh. The cars were clean, and the drivers are always on time and drove safely. Ms. Pansy was very communicative and accommodating. Everything went well.

We booked a private car from Hue to Da Nang with a stop in Bach Ma park to hike Rhododendron Falls ( whew!). Our car arrived right on time and was spotless. Anthony Mai, our driver was very professional, courteous and provided some good advice along the way. Also appreciated his driving skills on the winding road to the mountain top. Made the trip much more pleasant knowing that we were in good hands. Thank you Anthony!

We took a drive from Hue to Hoi An with our driver Toni. Toni was a great driver and spoke some English, which was a great bonus! He made us feel very welcome and made our trip more enjoyable. The trip was well organised and the van we drove in was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this company to travellers!

We really enjoyed the Hue City Tour, which allowed us to learn a lot from this historic city. Our guide was great -he was willing to answer to all our questions and he explained to us many interesting things about the past and the present of Hue and Vietnam. Both him and our driver were friendly and polite. We really appreciated the service of VM Travel. I can definitely recommend this tour.
