If you are looking for a place to reward yourself. I would recommend this place. The place is not far from the city but able to enjoy the view, quiet and peace. The place is a good retreat. The owner, Lily is welcoming and speaks good English. The place provides breakfast every morning (excluding lunch and dinner). I like the homecooked foods.

I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the hospitality.

There are no words to describe how amazing the place is! The location is absolutely incredible with amazing views overlooking the mountains and rice paddies. The room was spacious and beautifully designed and very clean. The owners are wonderful, helpful people that make you feel very welcome and happily assist you with any request. As the Farmstay is a located away from hustle and bustle of Sapa we have decided to have our dinners there and I have to admit the meals were the best we had on our whole trip! As we were leaving very early and weren’t able to have breakfast on our departure day, the owners made us some breakfast to take with us on our busride. There were so many little touches that made our stay so memorable! It is no doubt the best place we have ever stayed! Oh and the garden! So big and pretty. Just loved it there and hope to come back. The photos don’t even do the justice- if you are looking for a wonderful place you definitely should stay here. Thank you so much for everything.

We were stunned by the view and the area! It is really a retreat, the hosts will make you feel like at home and be helpful and kind always! I love the fact the place is run by Black Hmong tribe and you can sink into the culture, and get to know them better. View and the surroundings - just breathtaking! Clearly a must in Sa Pa!

Beautiful place for an authentic calm retreat among the welcoming, kind and thoughtful indigenous Hmong people. Enjoyed our stay here to the fullest.

This is the best choice for accommodation upon visiting Sapa - the place is located right along one of the most common trekking paths in the meantime offering privacy. The hosting family is extremely hospitable. Highly recommend to anyone who would like to escape from the city noise and chaos!

We had such an amazing 3 night stay at Chapa Farmstay. The family who run the farmstay are so kind and lovely, they helped us with taxis, trekking and even made us a breakfast to take with us on our final day as we were leaving early. The trek that we did directly from the farmstay was wonderful and they give so much back to the community. The room was comfortable and the views were stunning. We also very much enjoyed the food and ate dinner here every night of our stay. We truly enjoyed every part of our experience here!

The views are absolutely incredible, very nice and quiet area, clean and well maintained. Bathroom has a shower that is separate from toilet (not as common for VN), hot water running, they provide everything that you need (even toothbrush and toothpaste). I recommend this over most stays in & around Sa Pa or at least this area. We got here by motorbike but the road was a bit rough, so I don’t think it is that easy to get here. If you come to SaPa I do not recommend staying in the city, it is crowded and noisy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chapa Farmstay! The views from the room are amazing, food is delicious and the family running the place are lovely. The outdoor area around the bungalows is bigger than it looks in the pictures and very well taken care of. You can start many hikes from the farmstay. 10 out of 10

We had a fantastic mountain/Sapa retreat here. Isolated from a busy city, just listen to the sounds of nature. The manager and his family who run the Farmstay were very kind and made our holiday there even more special.
I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to enjoy quiet Sapa in the mountains, as our Sapa trip became special and memorable one thanks to Chapa Farmstay.

A really friendly h'mong famely business. We enjoyed 4 nights at the Chapa farmstay and we love every single moment of it. We ate at the farmstay four nights and the food was good, the set menu was 7 USD (2023).
The grandmother of the family was always doing her traditional handicrafts - it gave the place the place an authenticity that you wouldn't get at a hotel.
Loved it.

Tsim Meej and his family have been more than helpful ang generous with me, when I was just a stranger to them and they didn't have to, I'm beyond grateful. A beautiful place as well, overlooking the Muong Hoa valley!

Do yourself a favor and stay in this blissful place!
Beautiful rooms, great view, clean, directly at the river and with options for hiking straight away.

I did a reasearch for a long time in where to stay around Sapa and after staying here in this place for 4 nights and seeing the other options, I am even more happy about the decision!
Far enough from Sapa to have good air, quietness and relaxation. (Sapa town is just like Hanoi in little)
Close enough to town to be there if you want to.

The place is run by the whole family and everyone is really friendly and helpful.

My husband and I recently stayed at Chapa Farmstay in Sapa for our honeymoon, and we were blown away by the beautiful location and welcoming atmosphere. The property is surrounded by stunning natural scenery, and we loved how quiet it was - all you could hear was the sounds of nature.

The service at Chapa Farmstay was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. We felt like we were at home during our stay, and were truly sad to leave after just three nights. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and serene escape.

The family at Chapa Farmstay are so hospitable. We had a great stay here.
They helped us so much with our stay, they organised taxis, trekking trips and laundry. When some of our group got sick they even provided herbal tea from their garden which made us feel much better. Thank you so much.

Fantastic stay with a lovely family.

Their home cooked food was delicious and very accommodating.

Met some cute cats (seen below), dogs and chickens which made the stay even better!

Definitely the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip!

Embraced by ranges of mountains, primeval forests and streams, Chapa Farmstay is where travelers can find themselves immersed in the local Black Hmong culture while being nurtured by the land's nature. The rooms are not only cozy with wooden floor and bamboos covering walls and ceilings, they are also convenient for both staying and remote working with essential house utilities. The staff is of a Black Hmong family from the village. They are very kind, loving and helpful with any information I needed. I loved sitting on the balcony in early morning, watching sun rising from the Muong Hoa Valley while listening the mountain songs and bathing the warmth of sun rays. Overall I found myself enjoying Chapa Farmstay as if I was staying at home. Wholeheartedly and joyfully recommend!

5 stars arent enough to express the perfection of this place 👍👍👍👍👍 I was here for 3 nights and it was an absolutely surreal experience. Not only did the room have fantastic views, the vibes were exactly what I was hoping for in a retreat at Sapa ❤

They used to run a restaurant at the place, and so the food there is amazing as well. We had food around the Sapa city area and also at different accommodations, but Chapa Farmstay had the best food out of all the places we tried. I never was the kind of person who ate food at accommodations, being a huge foodie, but this place tore down the walls of my stereotypes. We ended up settling most of our meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and it really never disappointed. I really recommend going here even just for the food, as they’re along the trekking routes, if you’ve booked elsewhere for accoms.

The host family is the friendliest you can ever meet, and they really welcome you with open arms to have the most out of the experience. We were very curious about the local ways of life, and nosed our way in to ask if we could look at their gardens, try their tobacco pipes, grill corns at their fire pit, see their animals, and never once were they hostile about it. We could pick corns, chilli, tomatoes, cucumber from their fields and have them as snacks/dinner 😍

Sapa itself was amazing and I would gladly go again, with Chapa Farmstay being my go-to accoms every single time i’d go back

The road from the center of Sapa to Chapa is a bit rough and far, but it's definitely worth. The homestay is so peaceful and people here are gentle that makes me so comfortable and relax when staying here.
