Kha My riverside Villa & Cafe

We did not stay at the hotel but we had a coconut coffee, Oreo smoothie and a fresh coconut ice cream. The drinks were refreshing,my favourite was the coconut ice cream. The café was beautifully landscaped and there were colourful flowers planted around,I liked the roots hanging from the ceiling it looked like a enchanted forest! A lovely spot peaceful spot to rest and a break away from the busy noisy old town.

This has been the nicest and cutest budget hotel I've EVER stayed at! Beautifully decorated property and rooms with a comfortable bed with a mosquito net. There is an AC unit and a fan in our room. We were able to borrow two lovely bikes which helped us get around town even though it was an easy walk to old town. The service was incredible, the free made to order breakfast was incredible, I would 100% stay here again!

Looking it's best for Tet, you're greeted by an explosion of flowers and butterflies. A delight for the senses. The coconut ice coffee is the most delicious we have had, and we've had dozens in several towns and cities. Then there's a beautiful Koi pond. A wonderful experience.

The coconut coffee here changed my life forever. It was my first coconut coffee and I’m afraid it won’t get better than this. And what a beautiful setting! Super relaxing spot.

Stunning garden hideaway. Nicely situated by the river and 15 mins walk from the night markets. They offer free bicycles to explore the surrounding area.
Breakfast is included, and accompanied with delicious free fruit.
The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. Our laundry was washed and folded and back in our room at the end of the day.
My wife and I will be absolutely coming back here.

Me and my husband stayed here, and this is our favourite spot we have stayed in Vietnam so far.
The place is beautiful, the host is friendly and helpful, the food and drinks are good, and the location is perfect! (Nice and relaxed compared to right by the Hoi An Market, but still a short distance away)

Kha My is one of our best stays in Vietnam. The place is exactly like it's photos, beautiful flowers, lanterns and lake view. The host and her family are very helpful and will assist in making your stay the most comfortable. What we loved most is the coffee in their garden cafe and breakfast which you can choose from their extensive menu and they'll prepare just for you. I wish I was staying here for longer to absorb the calm vibes as it was very well located away from the busy old town.

I didn’t stay at the villa but the cafe is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Worth it to just have a coffee

As many other comments stated: hospitality unrivalled. Really friendly hosts that really care about all your needs and wants. We stayed there as a couple. The room was fantastic and very clean. The included breakfast was delicious. The cafe was calm and had sitting by the river. A lot of lanterns and mist sprays. I highly recommend staying here or coming just to enjoy the coffee shop.

This place is fabulous we stayed for 3 nights and was perfect. The flowers, lanterns and fish are amazing. The room large and very comfortable with our own lattern display little garden with fish. Short cycle from the old town bikes are free to use. The staff couldn't do enough for you. A must if you want somewhere beautiful connect with nature and friendly to stay.

The service and picturesque location are just amazing.
I had a beautiful room overlooking the river.
There was free bicycles to use and our host did all our laundry for free.
We got breakfast included and the coconut coffee and egg coffee were just so good. I miss them already...
You order breakfast from a menu the night before. The Bahn Mi on offer are from the famous Phuong Bahn mi shop.
Our host was so lovely and anything we needed was seen to immediately.
The location is beautiful and you will he surrounded by lush greenery and flowers.
You can also sit next to the koi pond and eat breakfast.
Old town and all the action is a short 10 min or less bike ride away.
Hoi An is just beautiful in general.
I will definitely be back.

Duong was the nicest host I’ve ever stayed with! She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay- bikes, amazing breakfast each morning, and she did our laundry herself! It’s amazing quality for the price and has great restaurant options nearby :) can’t wait to come back

Courteous, loving and warm staff. The rooms seem like ‘fairy tale come true’. The owner even arranged for cab and served delicious vegan breakfast. This is your place to stay when in Hoi An- don’t think twice! I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much. 🌸💕

This was my mom and I’s favorite place we’ve stayed at in Vietnam! The cafe had the most delicious coconut coffee as well. It was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Our room was very clean and the hosts were the absolute sweetest, not to mention that they provided us with free breakfast and laundry. They also provided us with free bikes that we could ride along the river into town and went above and beyond what we could’ve hoped for. This is the best place to stay at in Hoi An!

Had an amazing time here and totally recommend the stay. The service was excellent and the hotel is just beautiful with all the flowers and lanterns. The café also served complimentary breakfast which was good, however, after 11am, the kitchen was closed. Totally recommend!

Loved staying at Khamys. The people were so friendly and very helpful. The room was a dream and going down the the cafe was always great. The location might not be too close to the central part of Hoi An, but it's a quick bike ride or a moderate walk along the river. I would certainly stay here again.
