Nu Ni Homestay

We are a family of 5 that rented 2 spacious rooms. The family that owns the hotel is so warm and helpful. The facilities are very clean with cute decor. We loved being able to have coffee on the terrace each morning and my kids loved the banana pancakes. Amazing value as well! Short walk to Old Town, many great restaurants within a 10 min walk, and short drive to beach. We felt so comfortable during our weeklong stay and wish we had longer at Nu Ni.

Good clean rooms , Clean swimming pools . They don’t let you wear shoes to the room which is very much appreciated and a very good initiative .

Fabulous location just a short walk to the walking streets of old town Hoi An.

We stayed 5 nights as a couple, really nice clean big rooms, good bathroom and we booked a room with a balcony which was pleasant too.

The hosts are great and helped us sort transport from Hoi An to Nha Trang. Also booked a tour through them for My Son.

We ate breakfast here a few times. It was pretty standard but convenient.

Highly recommend this homestay. The lady who welcomed us is lovely and the food recommendations she made were great. The room was super clean and well equipped. We slept very well and were ready to explore Hoi An several days.

Very good hotel with great location to visit Hoi An ! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Note that they offer transportation service from Da Nang for 330,000 which is pretty expensive compared to other taxi fares around 250,000 for most of them. It’s better to get your own taxi from Da Nang.

Great location in Hoi An. Very clean room and very nice modern bathroom. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for trying local food.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the staff/family were amazing, we felt very welcome and they helped us so much. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was lovely to cool off during the day. The location was very central and a quick 5 minute walk to the ancient town. I would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Wonderful homestay. Great helpful staff. Clean rooms which are regularly serviced. There is a swimming pool and towels available for guests.
No food at the homestay but there are lots of nearby restaurants and cafes.
Each room has a stocked refrigerator which drinks at competitive prices.
Each room has ensuit.
Laundry service available at homestay.
Price is a little high but that reflects in the quality of the facility.

Best balance between quality and price.

Do not expect a 5 stars hotel because it is not a luxury place… however, it is a clean hotel located very close to the old quarter and with an amazing staff that will do everything to make you feel genuinely welcome.

I only give 5 stars when something really goes beyond all the posible expectations in terms of the balance between conditions and price… and the staff made it possible. They are great! (& they also speak good English)

My family and I stayed at Nu Ni Homestay in Hoi An, and we had a wonderful experience. The homestay is located right in the city center. The hostess, Mrs. Dieu is a very hospitable and warm person. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the host is incredibly welcoming and friendly.

They went out of their way to make us feel at home. They upgraded one of the double rooms to a triple room for us. Mrs. Dieu arranged for airport pickup and drop-off, and she also arranged for sightseeing tours and tickets to the Hoi An Memory Show. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it to the show due to heavy rain.

We opted to eat at various local eateries around the homestay. All of the Old Quarter attractions are very close to the homestay.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Nu Ni Homestay. It was a great way to experience Vietnamese culture and to meet some wonderful people. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable travel experience.

Conveniently close to Hoi An Walking town. They offer other services like bicycles and bike rentals, one day trip tour, airport taxi, etc. They are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This property ticked all of my boxes and I have a lot of boxes!
Firstly, it's perfectly situated down a quiet lane right on the edge of Old Town. Coming home is like returning to a beautiful calm and relaxing oasis.
Secondly, the staff are truly wonderful. They all take their jobs very seriously and do their utmost to make your stay perfect. It was!
Thirdly, my room, 206, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bed was just right for me... maybe memory foam but super comfy so I had great sleeps every night. My room had a little balcony, with table and chairs, overlooking lush vacant land with chooks and dogs running around. It was very hot outside, 39-43 degrees, but the air con kept my room at a very comfortable 22 degrees. The only thing the room is lacking is a decent mirror to check out how all the new clothes look!
Lastly, the coffee is superb. No, breakfast is not included in the room rate but is very reasonably priced and the room itself is excellent value for money.
I'm returning next year and Nuni is where I'll be staying. Thank you for a wonderful stay! xx

Nu Ni Homestay is two-three blocks away from the old town. That's a simple five-minute walk that will likely save you a lot of money. It's a great value for the price. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. The staff and owners are friendly and available to help you with anything you might need. We liked staying here and making new friends.

My wife and I stayed her for three nights, it was excellent. Family run homestay, they are all so nice! Helpful and attentive, perfect location for exploring Hoi An (2 min walk) and going to An Bang beach (5 mins taxi) super clean cool water inside pool was such a bonus.

Back to Vietnam for short holiday, found this hotel on google, well location walking very short distance to centre of Hoi An, staff are super friendly and excellent service, they also help me to booking a trip to My Son with fair price, highly recommended.

It is an awesome place, starting from the staff, the pool, breakfast and the room. Its location is not usual (no end street) but very close to the village center.
For us one of the best (if not the top 1) places we have stayed in Vietnam so far.

Everything is good here. However if you travel with disability, you might need to consider as they don't have elavator. It's inside a small alley so quite inconvenient for calling taxi but the good side is that its quiet.

Nuni homestay was the perfect place to stay in Hoi An. The Room was nice, cute and clean. The staff was really helpfull with us, they found and booked our cooking class, answered our many questions and gave us good advice!
