Giang - our host went over and beyond to make sure -our trip was completely comfortable and memorable.
The atmosphere and the activities were top class. Such a memorable and wonderful time.

She is a wonderful historical old boat that excudes style and orient express of Halong Bay Vietnam. Staff amazing. Excellent quality of experiences on and off board. Highly recommended in particular the 3 day 2 night!

A beautiful and classic vessel. We stayed in the Paul Roque suite which had a private deck with a bottle of bubbly to enjoy the beautiful views of Ha Long.

We didn't want to go out that much and the staff was very accomodating with that and went the extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Everyone from Anne, Giang, Be, Trung, the chefs, literally EVERYONE was very sweet and made us feel at home immediately. A truly unforgettable experience.

For our Nov 18-19 cruise, we had great food, lodging, service, excursion, time, and conversation with chef Thắng and officer Giang. She gave us a deck copy of The Jewels of Halong Bay, which links the Emeraude to three French brothers and their entrepreneurial adventure in colonial Far East. There are now larger newer ships than the Emeraude on the bay but her history reaching all the way back to 19th century Vietnam is unique.

I and my family had an wonderful trip on this luxury sea cruise.
We were arranged on Suite cabin called Paul Roque the best one on the cruise and my children arranged the next cabin 222.
The room are supper clean, tidy, well maintained, everything of a luxury hotel is in this cabin.
The food was great, especially dinner buffet was delicious with a lot of quality food.
The valued asset of this sea cruise is the team, from manager to staff is very friendly, attentive, well trained.

Unser Aufenthalt an Bord war sehr angenehm und entspannend. Die Größe war mehr als ausreichend und die Qualität war auch gut. Außerdem kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

Tôi rất hài lòng khi trải nghiệm hai ngày một đêm trên tàu. Team Anh chị em nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và chuyên nghiệp. Buffet tối rất ngon, đồ ăn chuẩn vị âu, bạn đầu bếp rất tuyệt vời. Đồ uống rất ngon, phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Cảm ơn chị Giang quản lý', anh Minh, chef Thắng và thủy thủ đoàn.
