SaPa Primary School

One of my most exciting memories in the country, this school visit was so good that I went there again in the same afternoon and the next morning. Communication was a barrier, but just walking around, looking at the classrooms, the canteen, friendly children coming to shake hands and saying hello, some showing me their respective classes, all this was just so enjoyable. It kinda felt like being a celebrity for some time.

As I went through, I could see the giggling of the children, and it became a bit noisy, I started to get surrounded, and the children asked where I was from, but all in all the 35-odd mins on my first visit quickly went through. The two-storey school was clean, and like for all schools a flag of the country, a portrait of the founder in each classroom, and a small ground where students were playing. It felt a bit surprising to see children eat noodles and other gedunk at 7.15 am, but I reckon that's part of their culture.

When I returned here in the afternoon, the school had left with less than 50 children to be seen. When one or two approached me, I asked them to show me around, and they politely accepted the request and showed me almost every class. It was a different kind of experience indeed.

Nice school and seems a good primary school, but I don't have clear knowledge about this primary school because I don't study here....
