I requested a custom backpack and wasn’t totally sure what to expect; I got exactly what I hoped for in <24 hours. My husband got custom shoes and we were very impressed with the work! My partner and I had some shoes and long boots made and both are very well made and high quality. Ladies were super friendly and helpful and we were done within 24hrs.

I bought two pairs of handmade black leather shoes to go with the three piece suits I bought next door at Tuong Tailor. I have bought shoes all over the world, and the shoes from 09 are as good as any. The leather is beautiful, great soles, and the fit is amazing. The staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful. To top it off, they arranged for shipping to my home in Canada which only took 5 days! I highly recommend 09 Shoes, and Tuong Tailor next door!

Sister shop to Toung tailor next door. Fantastic service, good quality product and fast production. You can get your shoes made in 24 hours, fitting the next day and they alter it for you. They use thick soft quality leather. Also custom hand bags are available at same turn around. Show them the picture of what bag you want and they can make it for you. 5/5 you can also get a discount form buying shoes here and suits and clothes next door.

There was no comparison, they have the best leather in town. They turned around the jacket for me in a day, including a fitting to ensure it fits perfectly, and then the finalized piece with stitching complete.

Amazing leather and quality shoes, 24 hour quick turn around time and was delivered to my hotel. I am very happy. I was so impressed that I ordered another pair of boots. I will definitely be back. My black ankle boots felt so comfortable like I was not wearing anything. I highly recommend this place. Excellent service and the lady listens carefully to your requests. Nana is a professional businesswoman! I wanted a custom purple motorcycle coat and her shop was so talented, they produced this beautiful leather jacket in three days (a gift from my dearest man!) Here is how to design a custom tailored piece: find clear, detailed images of similar items on the internet and save, make a list of your demands (include zippers, snaps, length, color, material, decorations, quality level, final look, ultimate purpose, etc), hold still for your measurements, be on time for your fitting, be polite, pay what is asked! You will not regret getting something beautiful designed to fit you perfectly. I love the staff who work here. Beautiful!!

My favorite tailor (Peace) suggested this place for shoes - owned by her sister, I was convinced by her friendly attitude and the Google reviews. And boy, was I not disappointed - she made my first custom shoe experience fun.

Walking me through the different styles - then all the various types of leather, I went from nervous about what to ask for to excited about the final products. It's not the cheapest place - but like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In my case, a pair of black wing tips and a killer pair of boots (all leather) cost about £150. A little pricey - but these will last forever - and she was absolutely determined that I was super happy. 3 fittings got the shoes spot on fitting-wise, now I'm pumped to come up with a reason to wear them as soon as I'm back in the UK!

Best handmade leather goods in Town, they are well-knowned for their perfect made to measures suit and dress, but their leather good is also worth a try

This shoe shop is run by a young girl named Lucky assisted by her Niece and her boyfriend. Lucky speaks good english and is extremely helpful.
The reason this shoe shop is different to the many other in the Hoi An area is their honesty and customer service. We got two pairs make first day one for my wife and one for myself. We were so very impressed by the finishing and the quality of the workmanship that we got 5 more pairs made. Lucky even delivered the pairs to our resort (which is about 15 min away from her shop). They also gave us tips about site seeing in the Hoi An area and about various restaurants. When you visit them, bring along a print out of the style of shoes you would like to get made and they will tailor them for your - perfect fittiing, great quality leather and good friendly service. What more would you want.

Phuong is great! She is so kind and professional, good English too. We got a pair of shoes and a backpack made and they turned out absolutely amazing so we ended up ordering a second pair of shoes. So happy!

I had 2 pairs of shoes and 2 belts made, and my wife had a pair of loafers made. We couldn't believe the quality of work and how fast they got this done. Hong and Huong were so friendly and accommodating and offered us superior levels of care. I would highly recommend this shop for your leather good needs.
