Anh Duc Homestay

Stayed here for 8 nights, in a room next to dorms. It was excellent, lovely family, spoke good English, very very clean. Best food in town I eat there all the time. They take cards fyi, Absolutely a perfect location if you are hiking. Very good price less than £5 including breakfast 🥞.

LOVE IT!!!! I was super pleasantly surprised by this homestay. The private bungalows are awesome and the heated blankets are extremely cozy (it’s 8 degrees right now). You can hear the pond outside your bungalow and its extremely calming. The owner is incredibly nice and gave us a cooking class before dinner. Food was great!!!! Definitely recommend!!

Great rooms and very friendly staff. For any non-Vietnamese tourists, I'd certainly recommend this homestay as it's in the heart of the village, so easy to get to amenities like massages, pharmacy, convenience store and a few different food places.

Stayed here for my sapa trekking journey. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was amazing. Even got to help make spring rolls in a little cooking class. They went out of their way to help me when I forgot my shoes in the village. Highly recommend staying here or even stopping by the restaurant.

The family that rents this place is adorable. They are willing to help you at any time. We had such a nice time there, and it's a great opportunity to meet other travellers. The location is very nice to go hiking on the sorroundings and it's a way less stressful town than sa pa. Perfect experience!

I had an amazing stay at Anh Duc homestay in Sapa, Vietnam. The location is perfect, nestled in the mountains with stunning views of the rice fields and valleys. The homestay itself is cozy and comfortable, with clean rooms and hot showers. But what really made my experience special was the hospitality of the hosts, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and help me plan my activities in the area. They provided delicious home-cooked meals, and even took me on a guided hike to some of the most breathtaking spots in the region. Overall, I highly recommend Anh Duc homestay to anyone visiting Sapa who wants to experience authentic local culture and hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

We loved our time here at Anh Duc. It was a perfect base for exploring the gorgeous scenery Sapa has to offer and the family were so warm and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend staying for the family dinner too in the evenings!

It was exceptional ! Very friendly, the family are so so so beautiful. We shared a dinner with them and it was so nice. Good people, good location and good food. All good just there aren’t air conditioning in the room. Thanks a lot !!!!!!

It was a nice stay and they made booking my trekking tour simple. They even gave me a ride on the motorbike a couple times when I needed to go up the hill. I thought the facilities and accomodations were nice. There is dormitory style, private rooms and private separate bungalows. If you see people complaining about the accommodation, its because they obviously didn't understand the concept of a homestay. Try it out, even if just for the amazing dinner and happy water :)

I would absolutely recommand this Homestay.
We stayed only for one night but the two sisters who own the place are incredible and very thoughtful. We also had dinner with the family which was delicious and a great night !

Great home stay, food and drinks were very reasonably priced and better than average for Sapa valley. Bungalow was cozy and had a great garden view

We had stayed at a different homestay up the road, but ended up spending a lot of time with Anh and Duc and their family. We used their trekking tour and taxi services, and we had family dinner with them. Everything was wonderful, and Anh and Duc are so kind and speak very good English. The meal was a fun way to try several Vietnamese dishes that I probably wouldn't have ordered in a restaurant. Our trekking guide, Sasi, was terrific and very fun to talk to. We did the trek with the waterfalls. They also accept payment with major credit cards which is rare here. If I come again to Ta Van I would book a room with them to begin with.

We stayed in the bungalow and it was amazing! Very clean and very luxurious. The food was also really good and grandpas homemade "happy water" (apple flavored rice wine) was delicious! The staff were lovely. Would really recommend this place.

Our stay here was the best experience we had in our month in Vietnam and I couldn't recommend staying in this homestay more. The accomodation (bungalow) is simple but very well looked after and has loads of character. We went in December and there is no heating so is not for comfort seekers, but to us it actually added to the experience. The hosting family is also amazing. We relied on them for everything (taxi to sapa,  bus to hanoi, hiking trips) and they provided us with all we needed. We had two amazing hiking day in the surrounding area with a lovely hmong guide (ta van is a much better place to stay than over built sapa) and two lovely dinners with the hosting family. On the second we were actually invited to a big family dinner following the killing of one of their pigs.  Of all the homestay we've been this was the one that was fully true to the homestay concept. A big thank you to the girl at reception with the tall red hat (sorry I can't remember your name!) as you put a smile in our face throughout our stay and made us feel very much part of the family!

Owners are very friendly and helpful. Place is clean and rooms are comfortable. Value for money.
