We should have ideally given her more time to make our items, so we are very grateful that you made it all with very limited time. Beautiful custom made sandals for our Aussie summer. I had photos of a pair of sandals I had seen online and showed Lucia she was keen for me to choose buffalo leather as it is very long lasting but I really wanted suede so we found the right colour. She advised me about details for stitching to make sure they would last, we talked about choosing the sole I went for a Dr Martin style sole. The fit is perfect!
I couldn't be happier with my new sandals and will be enjoying them this summer in Australia.

I had two pairs of loafers crafted and they are excellent quality, Lucia takes time to measure you up and has plenty of selections to choose from. Lucia and her mother are truly amazing and have the best shop around the area! The customer service was beyond what we expected. We enjoyed it so much we came back multiple times just to see them. Outstanding quality for great price!

Lucia is the best! She is so kind, very helpful and honest! A lot of other shops will mislead you but not Lucia. She will show you the quality, and her prices are so affordable! Much better experience than the tailor shop. He mom is also very welcoming and always asks if we want some coffee or water! Definitely the highlight of our whole trip! Also very fast turnaround to try on and make any adjustments.

Can be tricky to find, however Lucia was more than happy to be contacted to help direct stranded tourists to her shop.

I had a couple of shoes made: dress boots; and casual boots (pictures attached).

Lucia was very lovely, pleasant and provided me and my three friends with well priced, custom shoes with a quick turn around (Monday sizing, Wednesday Pick-Up).

If I am back in Hoi An, I'll be sure to pop by to get some more custom shoes made.

Had an amazing experience with Lucia from Quynh Nhu Shoes Shop who was super welcoming and spoke fluent English. Made the whole process easy and I ended up with a high quality pair of boots and sandals for a pretty reasonable price. She even delivered them to me as I wasn't able to come to her which was amazing. Have already passed on this place's info to other travellers in my hostel and cannot recommend it enough!
