Very friendly staff, well planned activities when spending 2D1N with them. Spacious room and dining area, with very nice deck at the top of the cruise to just lie down on sun bed and relax. We were assigned to Guide Anthony, he’s very funny and attentive.

This cruise surprised me with their excellent service in pre-sales. Tony Pham reach out to me when I cancelled my booking from online platform to see if there are areas he could help to clarify on behalf on the cruise. He explained with great clarity on the charges, itinerary and alternatives as i was travelling in 3 pax. I appreciate his professionalism and quite responses. My 2D1N cruise was a pleasant trip starting from hotel pickup which was a comfortable and spacious ride with occasional pitstops for breaks. Throughout the cruise, clear instructions were given by the guides and food spread was good. The cruise was clean and well maintained with a vintage taste to it. Not crowded at all perhaps by season, hence peaceful. It is perfect to sit by the room's balcony watching sunrise and sunset. This cruise seems to attract more westerners than Asians (to whoever find this a plus point). Ample time were allocated at each attraction throughout the cruise. Slight pique were the constant approach by servers to buy drinks and drainage seemed slower than the strong water flow from shower which causes light flooding bathroom. All in all, it was a memorable and pleasant experience with Victory Star Cruise. Thumbs up from all 3 of us who onboard.

It was superb experience for my family. Thanks to Victory star those provide amazing deal for me. I booked 2 suites, both was spacious with balcony and reasonable rate. Also they pickup from Hanoi and drop to ninh binh in a very resonable price.

The transfer service was punctual and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Best cruise tour on Halong bay. Luxury cruise, spacious room, nice and professional staff. The pick up service from Hanoi, 3 meals on boat, Kayaking, cooking class, Tai Chi on the morning.... all was excellent and memorial.
