We were thrilled with our experience here. May was delightful and extremely knowledgeable. She helped my husband pick a fabric and lining for his stunning 3-piece suit. He wanted it just like another suit he has at home and they delivered! The fit was amazing, he can never find trousers to fit but these were spot on. I have to mention the pattern matching too! If checks like this aren't perfectly straight and matched exactly it can make the whole suit look bad, but all the patterns were matched absolutely perfectly across all the seams. The quality is brilliant. We were also on a tight budget but May helped us work out ways we could bring the cost down with some adjustments to the suit which was very sweet. We highly recommend May we had 1 suit 3 shirts and 2 dresses made, she listens to what you requests are and is incredibly helpful without being pushy. Gives great advice when you are unsure. As I am the maid of honor at a wedding, I have been looking for the perfect dress for several months now. I came across this tailor by chance. Together with the ladies, I designed my individual dress in the color and fabric I wanted. The dress was made perfectly according to my wishes. I am so happy to have come to this tailor and am over the moon with my dress. The dress is made according to the measurements taken and then adjusted again after a fitting and wishes are implemented. The dress fits perfectly. This ladies are magic. If anyone is looking for the perfect dress (and for sure the perfect suite, too) and the best tailor in town, I can highly recommend this store! Wow. I mean wow. First off, all of the women that work there are extremely friendly and patient. I picked out some fabrics and gave them an idea of what I wanted and baby!!!! They DELIVERED!! My girl May was very helpful. She Worked with me and Brought my vision to LIFE!!! It was perfect. And so fast! I was only in Hoi An for 3 days and they got all 3 of my pieces done in 2!! Love love love. Definitely recommend and next time I’m in the city I will be back!

Absolutely amazing experience here getting clothes tailored!!! The ladies here are so lovely and very attentive. They took 24 hours to make and were a perfect fit. They have a big array of fabrics to choose from and they really take their time with you. 10/10 recommend. Good price too

This is the best place in Ha Noi to get your clothes custom designed. The ladies were able to recreate stunning looks by just seeing a picture on my phone. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is top tier. Whenever we walked by the shop they were always busy and after getting 7 things items made by them I understand why. They can make anything and I mean anything! They are very patient and make sure that everything is to your liking. I live in the States and I would fly back just have them service me again.

May has been amazing from the beginning till the end. If you are looking for a tailor that Will give you the Space you need to know what you want, but that Will also accompany you whenever you need it, you definitely found it. May gave us soooo much Time to make sure we knew what we wanted, she never pressured nor rushed us. She have us advice about the fabric, the color, the shape depending on what we wanted and also on our body types. The result speaks for itself : suite, dresses, shirts, traditionel outfits … everything falls perfectly on our body. She gave « tailor-made » a real meaning. Also, apart from the fact that she is an amazing artist, she is super kind, Lovely and caring. She really cares about making Her customers happy. She is an amazing human being, I am so happy we decided to go with Her.
And even better : she can send your tailor-made clothes everywhere in the World ! And once she has your measures, you can order new clothes from all around the world. Definitely something we Will do ❤

Super quick and helpful! We ordered from the owner May on Monday night, came back for the first fitting at 4 pm the next day and then a second one at 8 pm that same evening! Picked up the dresses the morning after that. Amazing!

I had such a good experience at this shop - I’m so glad I picked this one among all the tailors in Hoi An! Mây made me feel so welcome, and wasn’t pushy at all. She and her sister-in-law made me a gorgeous jumpsuit and skirt that both fit me perfectly in such a short amount of time, including alterations. I saw a dress on display and asked Mây to make me a jumpsuit following a similar pattern - she understood exactly what I wanted, and was very helpful when I was picking the fabric. I couldn’t recommend this shop highly enough for a lovely tailoring experience in Hoi An!

Very nice tailoring shop, right at the centre of old town! Staff is very patient and gracious. Pricing is pretty competitive upfront and not looking to fleece you! I got two business shirts stitched from them and wife got three business dresses stitched and they called us for a trial within 12 hours and delivered the final product in less than 24 hours! Good workmanship and quality to go with the great overall experience ! Highly recommended over other tons of similar stores looking to make a quick buck! Ms. May and her family who own the store did a fantastic job and are extremely friendly and kind!

Another 5 star review for May and her team of talented tailors. My husband was looking to get tailor-made suits and I joined in on the fun. It was such a wonderful experience workin with May. She is very talented and astutely observes what you want and balances it with what is practical but also looks most flattering on you. We made multiple suits (both for men and women), men’s shirts and even South Asian style outfits for my mom. Extremely happy with May’s service. I actually ordered to ship to the U.S as I wanted more of May’s skirt suits after trying on the first one she made for me. I’m just regretting not having her measure me for dresses or pants! And echoing other people, May’s kind personality really stands out and makes the experience even more worthwhile.

Short: most amazing tailors, so professional and nice!
Long: my boyfriend and I had the best experience, the three ladies were incredibly professional. After we showed them what design we wanted, the helped us pick nice color combinations. They were extremely quick, the next day we tried our clothes on & they immediately knew what needs to be tighter / shorter etc. They helped with all our wished, they were very patient and we had a lot of fun trying on the clothes.

The results were beyond amazing! Incredible workmanship. Nothing but praise for their work and personalities!

Cannot recommend Hannah and May enough! I brought 2 pairs of trousers, a skirt and a skirt + top co ord and all came out better then I could ever imagine and they were finished the next day! You won’t get better and there lovely! Thankyou so much ❤

My husband and I had multiple suits and dresses made by May and her family while in Hoi An and we cannot recommend them enough! I took her a photo of a dress and she recreated in less than 24 hours! Not only is she a talented tailor she is a kind person.

While your clothes will be ready for your first fitting within a day, expect to send a bit of time during your initial design conversations. May want to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want and that the fabric and fit will be perfect. We enjoyed our time in the store talking to May and her family, visiting with other customers, and watching how she skillfully fitted everyone that came through

11/10 service. I didn't have a plan to buy a suit but May and her team made me go for 2. Super efficient and professional people. They made sure what I wanted, great fabric and at a super reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough. They made changes twice to my suits as per my requests and gave me the perfect suits. Go there without any doubts.

Excellent tailors - best in all of Vietnam! Not just Hoi an. Picked up some linen trousers and cotton trousers and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend

7 of us all got clothes made here. They were ready less than 24 hours the next day. We went in to try them on, and final adjustments were done within 5 hours. I got 4 dresses made, all absolutely gorgeous. So many different materials to choose from. Nothing was too much for them. All decent prices as well- I got 4 dresses (2X long and 2X short for £140). Would definitely recommend, any time I’m back in Hoi an I will be visiting.

Originally I ordered 2 cashmere mandarin jackets. When I saw the great quality and craftsmanship I ordered one more. This time silk (video). They did the last one in a couple of hours and delivered to my hotel. Great service and wonderful personally by everyone in the shop.

I can also say that I ordered from a different store another mandarin jacket and the finish was miles off than the ones I received from this store. They really make sure that the product goes through quality control.

May did a great job making a beautiful dress for our daughter. She went out of her way to make adjustments and ensure my daughter was happy. She didn't need to add more detail to the dress but she did so the dress looks more beautiful. We are so grateful to May :) beautiful dress.
