Me and my mate visited this clothes shop for some basic t shirts. After selecting what we wanted we made our way to the till where my friend placed the t shirts on the table top. I work in retail back how as a store manager and at that point I would have expected one of my team members to serve the paying customer. Sadly the cashier remained to talk and train the other assistant on how to fold a T-shirt, then she start to walk up The ladder to pick up another pile of t shirts, at this point it was 20secs passed and I had to step in and ask ‘can we pay please’ never seen this blatant lack of service. First thing I would
Do is teach them how to acknowledge and greet customers haha
