Some of the best customers service ever. The guys working today were fantastic. Quick, courteous, knowledgeable. Very good experience.

Three other businesses told me they couldn't duplicate my keys because of some chip they couldn't get. You guys ordered them, no problem. Turns out there was no chip anyway and I got some money back. You were very pleasant and helpful.

We had been experiencing issues with our iPhone battery holding a charge and were looking into purchasing a whole new phone. I found Batteries plus as an option to replace the battery at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative, no sales pressure tactics. You can schedule an appointment online however it is not necessary, they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend using them as a resource before spending money on a new phone when you may just need a battery replacement.

Was carrying battery into store and employee came running to door to open it for me. Can't say I ever had that happen at any other business.

I wish I had known sooner that this company installs car batteries with same-day appointment service! I'll for sure seek Batteries Plus Bulbs first! They did not have the battery I purchased online, but I was offered another battery with a 15% discount. The serviceman was quite the gentleman and carried the battery to my vehicle. I am going to tell all my family members about this great service!

My wife's phone wouldn't come on or hold a charge anymore. Sprint/T Mobile don't have repair capabilities in Topeka and they told me the closest was Junction City or KC, even just to get a new battery.
I went to Batteries Plus which was closer to my home than the other stores and told them what I needed. They were able to replace the battery on the phone and got it working again for an extremely affordable and reasonable price.
They had great service and I'd be very happy to go back if/when I ever need to!

Great experience with ordering batteries online. Easy to use website where I ordered batteries, about 30 minutes later was notified they were ready for pickup. When I got to the store, I gave my name and what I came for. Salesperson was quick and pleasant and I was out of the store within two or three minutes.

Was surprised to find they had my specialty batteries in stock at a great price. Got them super fast, very heppy!

Awesome work gentlemen!!! Called ahead to.check if they had my battery in stock, they did. Got there 20 minutes later, and the kid put it in on the spot, while he and the other guy were helping several other customers. This cold spell has them pretty busy, but still excellent service. Sorry I didn't get the guys name, but thank you again!!

They have just about every battery that a person could possibly need in stock. Prices are reasonable and service is fast, but the best part of all is the friendly, helpful attitude of the employees… they are the best!

You all are always so helpful, making sure I picked the correct battery, recommending more useful ones, if they are better than what I was choosing and you are always great at getting my cell phone battery charged up and/or replaced. Also thought it was great to find your website on line, found the type of battery I was looking for on it and was able to go ahead and pay for it and then drive over to the store the next day and the package was laying there on the counter top, waiting for me to pick it up. That is great!

The experience was okay. I simply picked up a battery at the store that I had ordered online. I was told they had tried to call a couple of times to let me know my order was in. It was an old number they had on file. But when I ordered online it stated I would be emailed when my battery arrived. Never received an email. It would have helped. Plus it took almost two weeks to get this battery. The only issue I have with that is that my credit card was charged when the order was placed and not when it was shipped. Not real sure but I believe you not suppose to charge the customer until the item is shipped.

The customer service was great! If you need your phone fixed, these are the guys to do it. When I asked sprint, they told me that I would have my phone back in six to seven business days. Batteries Plus Bulbs had it back in the next hour.

I recently had to have my fob battery replaced. Luckily I bought lifetime warranty. I couldn't find my receipt for this purchases father digging thru the glove box but found every other receipt. I reluctantly went in & to my surprise they quickly greeted me and changed the battery. I was worried that there would be a hiccup without the receipt. They quickly found my previous purchase. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Kudos the friendly staff and quick service. It took longer to drive there then fix my fob!!!

As easy as it gets. I ordered the laptop battery online and used the 10% off coupon for in store pick up. I quickly received email confirmation and soon received another e mail that the battery was ready to be picked up. The battery is working great and I am completely happy. BTW, I saved considerable $$ buying this battery compared to the OEM one on the manufactures website.

Friendly staff, great place to get your phone screen fixed. Management was very accommodating and honored an out of ordinary request.

Batteries + has the absolute best customer service of any tech related store I've been too. Every solution Quinton helped me find uncovered another problem that I wanted resolved. We went on a bulb and battery hunt that Quinton was just as excited about as I was. From wireless security camera batteries to security lights and whole fixture drop ceiling led panel replacements for noisey inefficient ballasts and tube systems they knew about it and were eager to help. Everyone at Batteries + was invested and stoked to find me a perfect solution, even if it came from the clearance section. I got LED retrofit recessed brand name units for up to 75% off. Quinton and the rest of the staff understood light appearance and how I was going to apply it in my business. They were able to make suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. They invited me to bring other appliances I was having issues with not just to sell me more inventory, but to see and learn from the application and solution. I had a completely frictionless and fun experience...buying light bulbs. Can you beat that? Not a chance.

Came in with a tablet that had a broken headphone jack stuck in it. They totally fixed the problem in minutes! They had excellent customer service and a friendly attitude. Definatly an all around good experience at batteries plus!

I brought my phone in for a battery replacement and through uncontrollable circumstances the phone was broken in the process of battery replacement. The manager handled the situation professionally and offered to replace my phone at my cost. I was hesitant to take the managers word but within a few weeks the owner mailed me a check covering the cost of my replacement phone. I will not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. They have earned my business and referrals.
