The UPS Store

I've been to this store for several RMAs and returns of high dollar PC components, mainly power supplies and motherboards. I've never had any issues with addresses or damaged products, but that second one is out of our hands anyway. I normally don't, but I'm reviewing because I honestly don't understand why there's so much negative flak. They guide you through their simple process, so just be sure to have all the information and double check it. Human error is greatest.

Only been to this location once and that's right after the 10th & Gage store closed. It was a very long line but they had several people at the counter so it didn't take too long at all. Handed the person my box for return, she gave me a receipt and I was on my way quickly. Very pleasant. Looking forward to the new store that will be more centrally located. (The 10th & Gage UPS Store was amazing. Went there many, many times and was always a good experience.)

Staff is nice, I do a lot of returns and shipping monthly, and only a few mishaps. One costs me $150 so I wasn’t happy about that. But unfortunately mistakes happen we’re human. And it’s hard to get people to work customer service jobs anymore. The public can be straight up rude. I do believe I could have done more to keep record of my shipment to spare me from having to pay $150 for lost package. I’m at fault too. Overall my experiences have been great 85% of the time.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Certain times of year there is a crazy long line, but I think the employees strive to make the process as quick as possible. There are 2 employees who have worked there longer than most that I hope the company works to retain as they are most efficient.

I had a really good experience in Topeka at the Wanamaker store. The gal that helped me was so friendly and helpful. Her clerk number is 14267.

So simple and easy. Almost to easy!!! However I live in rural area so I have to travel a distance. But the simplicity is worth it.

Tshayla, the manager, was extremely helpful when I went in to get my live scan. I first went to a different UPS store to get it done and my card kept getting declined there for seemingly no reason. Something must have been wrong with their system because that had never happened to me before and there was no reason for it to happen. Tshayla helped me the second I walked in the door and completed my live scan quickly and efficiently while also being friendly. She provided excellent customer service and allowed me to start my morning off in a great mood. If I ever need anything else, this is the only UPS store I will be coming to in the future.

A UPS STORE! I had to give a review today at this UPS Store because the ladies working on this Saturday were so supper awesome. They were helpful with my warranty shipment to Samsung even with all the emails sent by Samsung not having the UPS labels.
They were so busy and bing short handed a bit they were very professional. I give them and thus location a 5 star 🌟. Thank you.

These guys were so helpful. My box started bottoming out and they got the door for me, said not to worry about it - they’d take care of it. I literally walked in, stood there for 10 seconds, and walked out. Thanks, guys!

I came in right at closing time and Kia gladly took care of getting my package shipped. Very fast and efficient.

I was concerned over a package being delivered to my missionary daughter for her birthday..... Shelby was great and even called me back to let me know it was picked up!
