Christopher works at Rite Aide on Johnson, in San luis obispo. I have been in the medical field as a essential worker for years, and I cannot express the compassion and care he provides your customers/ consumers. Please recognize him, and provide some sort of incentive. Keep him, this world is hard and he is a light for people going to your stores , it amazed me to see someone smile the entire time cold and rude customers did not. He was a gem! Thank you Chris.

They had a great selection of products in different departments. I was able to find what I needed on a quick stop before heading to Morro Bay from downtown SLO

Usually short lines for checkout depends on when the busy times are, has ice cream shop inside, good selection of a variety of items is a major plus from beauty, health, batteries, food, alcohol. The staff is friendly and courteous, especially the pharmacy technicians. Getting my meds is simple and effortless.

This store is cool. The manager, tho? Short, dark hair, on top of everything-immaculate location? SHES AMAZING.
I was in Rite Aid-this was in July-I had the worst toothache I've ever had...and I was so broke. I went in, looking pained & dismayed. She noticed immediately. She asked how short I was on the price: THIS LADY SHOT ME $5, SO I COULD BUY THE ORAGEL!!! What a precious thing to do. I told her I'd write a glowing review, got super busy n it slipped my mind. I was in there again a few days ago & thought better late than never.
Great management at this location. Customers are no. 1 here!!!

I offten shop here, up to once a week. The pharmacy workers are so efficient, friendly and helpful. The Pharmacists are always friendly, very professional and are very helpful . Some of them know my name!

This review is for the store (not the pharmacy). I went in to this Rite Aid a month or so ago to get my passport picture made and it was rejected for being too small, so I went back in with no receipt and told them what happened. The store manager quickly re-took my picture, apologized for the error and sent me on my way! I've been in this store several times to pick up little items and found it to be the "friendly corner" drug store.

Store is always clean, employees are kind.

When the pharmacy was out of Tamiflu, they found some at the Pismo location and transferred the prescription for me. It was ready before I got there. Thanks for helping me get medicine for my daughter before Thanksgiving!

The folks at the pharmacy are so kind and helpful. Store employees are friendly & always greet me when coming in. Mark in the pharmacy goes above and beyond.

I went into rite aid to get my two shots one COVID and one flu shot both of the shots were well administered they didn't hurt My time there was very little I was served very fast
