Heather B at the returns counter did an excellent job helping me find a product I was trying to return that had a missing handle, at first we couldn't find the product on the floor, but thankfully we found one that was in the returns area while checking for the product availability at other locations. Thankfully she took the extra time to look in the return area and found the product. But it greatly helped me out and I didn't have to travel to the other locations. Excellent Job! That's a model employee on customer service should be.

Me and my wife gave five star and our sincere appreciation to Adam from appliances dept. His Customer service above and beyond. Very patience, helpful, honest, and very down to earth. He will do anything to accommodate everybody. He is an assets that Lowes must recognize his outstanding and excellent job.

Great Job from returns helped me exchange a missing handle in a facet I got. The plumber already installed the whole thing and we weren't finding one in the store but when the woman was checking availability at other locations, she found the faucet model in the returns cart, and we were able to get the handle!

Lowes always has what we are looking for and the store associates are super friendly and helpful. There's a large selection of cleaners, housework supplies, tools, and building supplies. Sometimes able to find better prices and selections than HD, but depends what I'm looking for. Nice site that's always clean and organized!

Easy to order & was ready quickly. Had order forklifted onto bed of my pick up truck. Took only 5 minutes to complete the pick up. Very pleased 😀

Best place if you need to fix your house you can find anything with a better price than home Depot

Michael from the glass cutting area was a pleasure to work with. He was polite and patient. He cut the plexiglass to my specifications. Then, when I got home I realized I had measured wrong. I brought the piece back and he recut it for me. He smiled and said, “ No problem. That’s what I’m here for.” It’s great to deal with workers like that.

Went to the storybook location
I asked Adam from appliances to help me with getting credit to purchase a riding mower..it took a total 30 minutes or less...Adam and his colleagues where knowledgeable and did a great job in helping me purchase my mower..its refreshing to see there are still great workers out there..thank you again Adam and colleagues...great job

Wanted too give them 1star for sending two damaged vanities that the marble was cracked on corner and second was cracked n doors were broken ... after a few calls I finally got Larry the Manager on the phone n within 1day he had it delivered to my house on a Sunday morning so my plumber can finally finish the bathroom ... Thank you Larry

My husband and I had the best experience coming in to this Lowes, We don’t usually come to this particular store but we were in Stonybrook and never knew it was here. The parking is absolutely terrible but once your in there it’s amazing! I will now be driving to this Lowes no matter what. A guy named Johnny was with another employee, I believe his name was Dylan, the two of them were so professional and all around amazing people. Johnny was very helpful, knew so much about the store and those baby blue eyes don’t hurt either. We are an older couple that truly try to keep up with the times and needless to say my husband and myself both felt like we were celebrities with the way they helped us from the second we walked in to the second we walked out. If this ever gets back to them, thank you so much for being the young gentlemen you are. It was a great experience. Also to management, they both deserve a raise, I have never in my years experienced such help in any store at any time. Thank you again Lowes for another wonderful time and great selection of products!

Staff is super friendly. I wish I would've remembered the names of the 2 employees who were just super helpful, patient and very nice.

Very helpful people and everything is organized, unlike Home Depot. There are also less cameras that constantly beep and more space to actually walk, unlike Home Depot. Overall great experience.

Looking for a security storm door...we had the pleasure of working with Sidney and Erika who went out of their way to make sure we had the best possible experience and paid the lowest price

Sidney even had the spare keys made for us while we were there...definitely above and beyond our expectations

They were ok with us leaving the door there for our contractor to pick up 2 weeks later...saving the shipping fee...nice

As for the store itself they had many models on display as apposed to the other big stores where there was no displays for storm doors and Noone to help you

In the days where we order everything on line it's nice have a good in-person experience where you actual choose the best product for your needs in a timely and pleasant manner

Johnny and Kris are the nicest guys at Lowes. There are many people there that are helpful.
Although, Kris & Johnny are the most professionally kind, hard-working and sincere young men at Lowe's. They are so very dedicated to their job. I only have Great👍 experiences when I go to Lowe's across from the Smith Haven mall. Thank you very much for your service. KH

I went to the Lake Grove location and had a very nice experience. Brian from paint was very attentive and catered to my every need. He even offered to get me a cart from outside since I had a lot of items. We need more role model employees like him around. Thank you Brian.

Much better than The Home Depot. The staff seems to actually want to help me here, and I found the staff to be knowledgeable with all of my gardening questions.
