This is the BEST Kohl’s! Truly kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable Staff & Management along with incredible deals and great selection of merchandise!! I highly recommend. I’ve been long time customer - 30+ years and always a pleasant experience.

I've been shopping here for a few years and am always happy with the selection and prices. I have young daughters, who as most tweens and teens, have to have the trendy fashions of the moment, if they weren't sold here, I'd hear about it. Which is not to say there's not a large selection of mens and women's options as well. And dont forget the shoe department and home goods as well. Top it off with a Amazon return drop off and throw in Khols cash and it's a winner all around.

The ladies who helped me Sat nite with jewelry was very patient and helpful. I would think her name was Sue. She did a wonderful job and the management should be happy to have her as a worker.

Nena was phenomenal. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. She is very accurate in picking the right shade for me with one try. Nena's generosity allowed me to come in and leave with four items. Even though I came in for one item. The products she recommends to me are amazing. It is worth the money. I will definitely visit again instead of going to another location.

Peggy was very helpful. She suggested we could save 35%if we opened a Kohls charge. Even though the line was long she took the time to walk us through it.

Found some great deals in there clearance section. They had last years display Christmas trees marked down. I scored am $449 her for $30.xx. Staffed was extremely helpful with my purchase and assisted with getting everything loaded up.

I love the selection of things you can buy at Kohl’s! I love how they offer pick up in store, ship to store, and shipping to house. It’s nice to save money on clothes and other items—the quality is good too! I wish I could use the Kohl’s cash more, but it expires so fast I feel like. Employees are friendly, selections are good, it is a clean store, and they have good prices!

Well maintained place. Feels secure to shop at this location. Everyone seems to adhere to the social distancing and it's well kept with lots of space to shop and walk around

I had a sales person that went way out of his way to help me with my order and explain the different between the object that I was interested there was about three different ones that I had to choose from and he explain the different about each of the ones that I was interested in.

Never did the pick-up before. The staff was so helpful, and I definitely will do it more often.

Tidiest Kohl's I have ever seen! Pleasant and peaceful atmosphere made me want to stay longer and peruse the merchandise - no "hurry music", just quiet, which appeals especially to women, ahhhh...
I was given nice and clear directions to the amazon return, quick service there, and that $5 coupon just made me want to wander around.
Having never stepped into Sephora before, I was delighted with the personal care there by Ava, a first-class employee that made me feel like I was high end. I can't praise her more!
Losing track of time, I had to get in line at Kohl's. I noticed that 6 checkouts were actice, and that was lovely. Very kind emplyee rang up my item smoothly with a generous smile and wished me a good day. What a nice experience!

Enjoyed shopping at this store now since the improvements in order and cleanliness were performed. Wide isles and order of the clothes on the racks makes shopping a good experience.

Rochester hills Store organized and clean. Alicia the cashier was very polite and professional.

Checkout line moved quickly. Items in the men's section was well stocked and on sale. Employees were polite. Parking was plentiful. Only complaint was that the picture frame section was disorganized and picked over to the point there were few of any choices.

Beautiful store helpfull staff and good coupons.

As always, well stocked with a good selection of clothes. My only issue is that it is a little more expensive than I would want it to be. $79 for one pair of Levi’s is about 25% too high in my experience. Other than that this is a great store for clothing.
