Best party shop around! Definitely worth driving past other Party City locations to come to this one! Way more organized and the staff is so kind! I needed to get a tutu for a pep assembly and was in and out in five mins.

Party City is soooooo much better than the dollar stores. Always have a great experience at Party City in Rochester Hills. Bright, clean store with extensive selection of party goods. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable associates. And, if you need to return an item, you get a refund (cash or credit), unlike the “spend your return” policy offered at the dollar stores.

We did an online order, picked it up with no problems, great experience!!

The friendly staff was the first thing I noticed! I went in to pickup an order I placed online. As soon as I stepped foot in the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile, and was asked if I needed help finding anything. The young man was able to find my order within seconds, and had me on my way. I noticed several other staff members with smiles, assisting other shoppers in the store. Those smiles and that kind of service will definitely bring me back.

I can always find what I’m looking for here!

This place had everything I needed for my work Christmas party decorations. Beautiful plates 🍽 napkins and dinnerware. My table will look beautiful when I'm done setting it all up. Never disappointed when I go here for decorations.

Unlike my local Party City at Macomb Mall, the Rochester location didn't appear like it was ravaged by shoppers earlier in the day. It was well stocked, relatively neat and had a large variety of decor. I was impressed with all the DIY balloon options. Employees were also helpful and knowledgeable re: mylar helium balloons. Will return!

Nice place... Edwardo helped us at checkout, too. Prices seem reasonable and LOTS of Halloween stuff.

I usually have such a hard time at this location with getting help. I’ve received attitude or people just being rude. But today I went in and Faye went out of her way to help me! I work for a company that prides themselves on exceptional customer service and I would say Faye gave the same amount of customer service that I would expect from my own team! Thank you for taking the time to help me pick out balloons and everything, Faye! This company is lucky to have you!

One of the best places to shop for Halloween. Always a treat for kids to enjoy the costumes and decorations at this location. The candies and sweets have alot of variety. The place is well stocked and associates are very helpful even during the pandemic times.

I bought several items for a party and the party cancelled sadly. I had no problem whatsoever returning my unopened items for a full refund. The store is bright and big. The selection is enormous and inspiring.

I went here expecting a party the size of a city block and boy was I surprised. The kind employees kim and John were very helpful and informed me that indeed they were not throwing a party but could sell me a party instead! Boy was my face red folks, it sure was embarrassing. Anywho, I found a new place to hang out and some new friends here with the party city crew and would highly suggest that you spend some time here for your next event. They will scour the isles in search of the most festive of cup. Party poppers are not illegal here in our great state so do not fear asking for them. I would say that I love them, but am afraid they will not say it back. Open hours are very consistent and I feel safe here.

This is your 1 stop shop for all the events.. You will get something / everything for each age group and and occasion. (Though I didn't get anything for my 6 months old baby's monthly bday ). Rest assured you will find everything under 1 roof.

I always get most of my supplies for my kids parties. My kids enjoy the store for unique ideas for their friends parties or playdstes or just for picking up treats. I look forward to their clearance section too. Too stock up my supplies for future.

Great selection for all types of party favors. Pricing a little bit high, but you can find a lot of items. Staff is helpful and service with a smile.
