Great deals and friendly staff. I asked the guys behind the gun counter about a hundred questions and they were very patient and understanding. They had lots of great input as well. When I got to the register I had an issue with one of the items not scanning properly and Jane took care of it, in a very patient and friendly manner. Great team of people and great prices. What more can you ask for?

I decided to go check Dunham's while shopping for Camp Chairs. I had not seen any from them on Google searches. To my surprise thier Rochester store had the largest selection of anyone and at the best prices. While I was there I even got some clearance with an extra 20% off. Scratching my head why the merchandise wouldn't show up in a Google search.

Couldn't find what I was looking for. The hiking shoes I want have been out of stock for over a year, my size that is.

Friendly staff. You can find great deals here, specially in the clearance area.

Went there with my son for a football helmet visor. The place was clean and the people there were very helpful.

One of the best firearm purchasing experiences I’ve had at a chain store. Gary and the young lady that helped me with my purchase and subsequent paperwork were both accommodating, friendly and timely. I absolutely will be back for ammunition and future firearm purchases.

These guys are the best! In this time of ammo shortage, this was the only place who had 9mm ammo in stock with no limits (being respectful of how much you purchase). I've called around to literally 20 or more Gun/Sports stores and in order to sell you ammo you'd have to either purchase a firearm or shoot at their gun range, even then you were only limited to two boxes per customer. Thank you guys!

Nice staff. Had ammo even though pieces were so crazy. Glad they had locks. Took forever to find a bicycle lock. It was in the crossbow section

I had an unbelievable experience! The service was beyond excellent. They had everything I wanted in stock. There were plenty of cashiers so that I didn't have to wait. The restroom was very clean.

Friendly staff, gets somewhat busy sometimes. There is never more than one cashier so that's why the line gets long.

They've got pretty much all of my favorite sports equipment and camping stuff in the same place, I love it!

Easy layaway, and many accessories for common gear. Not the best ammo prices, but there's always a coupon in the dnr hunting guide which you can get if you ask when you walk in

I phoned the Rochester store and was told the scope I was looking for was in stock... (Lapeer & Waterford were sold out).. The customer service person said it would be at the gun counter. When I got to the store the scope was waiting and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks to ALL at Dunham's, Rochester.
