Carolina in the fashion department was super helpful to my mom. My mom was raving about how nice and helpful she was to her. This target did not have the vest she wanted but Carolina did everything in her power to get my mom that vest and my mom left that store with a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much, Carolina!

Great time playing and running in a shopping cart we unfortunately got kicked out but a fun time would recommend to shop great variety of stuff to purchase highly recommended

I came all the way out to this Target even though it’s not near my house specifically for a certain hair clip. When I got there I couldn’t find it, an employee Amanda went in the back and found me the last two and was so nice about it. She’s amazing!!!

Target is always clean. The stores supply attractive shopping carts that do not rattle and look rusty. The displays are pleasant to look at and many quality items are on sale or discounted.

Gotta love an early morning Target run. This location is my go to Target. Clean and easy to mange.

I absolutely LOVE Target. The people are always so friendly and helpful. The stores are always clean and they're rarely if ever out of what I need. Even during Covid they always had toilet paper. I love the lines they carry and their holiday stuff is always the best. I'm a Target gal for life:)

Laughing at some of the negative reviews of this place. As a former retail employee, I think the staff here are doing great. Drive-up is fast, the workers are helpful, and the store is usually decently stocked. Considering some of the awful things I've seen other shoppers say and do to the workers when I shop here, I can completely understand them being grumpy when they aren't respected. I hope never to be one of those nasty shoppers! Hope they keep up the good work. Store is much nicer than the one in Auburn Hills.

Love this store. I have been doing a lot of drive up orders since 2020 and I have never once had an issue. The workers are so kind and never have to wait. I would like to add also the app is amazing

Great store. I know where everything is! Although Target did shrink their nice, decorative home items to fit a pharmacy. From the front entrance a right then a left immediately after women's clothing is where the household items are, ending with dog & cat food. No walking through lots of good isles to get to household cleaners etc.
I wish Target had a post office. The pharmacy is very small & we already have a pharmacy on just about every corner in Rochester Hills.The hours are also limited, unlike 24 hour drive thru pharmacies.

Stopped into this location today, never been to this Target. Nice store. But I had a wonderful experience with the cashier. I had an online gift card sent to me via email and I could not figure out how to activate it and use it on my phone. The young lady at customer service, Jacqueline, helped me set it up and showed me how to use it. She was so very kind, patient and helpful!!! Nice to have such wonderful customer service during these rough times! Thank you sooo much Jacqueline!!!

I just want to say how impressed I am with Target in general during the past 18 months. They have gone above and beyond with making sure each person that comes into their stores feels safe. The Rochester Hills location is the best. It’s extremely clean right down to the shopping carts. Although due to the fact that all stores no longer require masks inside stores I have quit going into the stores and instead use their pick up service which is also amazing. I have never waited any longer than a couple of minutes for my items to be brought out. FANTASTIC JOB TARGET ROCHESTER HILLS. I AM CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Let’s be honest. All men fear the trips to target. We already walk in $5-$10 lighter in the pocket because they conveniently place a Starbucks at the front for our wives. Other than that, this target has all the selection the rest do. Friendly staff, clean store, good experience (minus my wallet).

Hannah, the store director for the Rochester, MI store located at 2887 South Rochester road, is amazing! Her organization and attention to detail as a leader is outstanding! (1) The customers can look at bulletins that inform us quickly of essential items in stock before we stand in line (2) The one-item-per-person rule is enforced. (3) The morning lines for seniors and immune compromised individuals are organized with the help of friendly employees. The (4) shopping baskets and (5) POS checkout screens are cleaned after every customer. Also, the (6) employees will bring items to you in line if you forget something. This store is a perfect example of a well run store! My name is Erich, and I work in sales. As a person familiar with retail operations, I know excellent leadership and customer service when I see it.

This is a story that very easily could have ended with an upset customer. Instead Target did everything right to ensure I was a happy customer when I left the store. From free shipping on an item that was not in stock to an item that was not what I ordered. I also intend to follow up with a letter detailing how pleased I am with the customer service I received.

I have used Target's order online and store pick up option. I have placed my order at 5:30PM. I received the pickup confirmation email by 6pm. It's so quick. I had my product in my hand with in 1hr of ordering. Within 5 mins at store pickup counter, I had my ordered items in my hand. Thanks to the quick and efficient Target store customer care executive team. I would love to use the store pickup service frequently.

I love this location, and have always had a pleasant experience. I specifically want to mention Neal and how pleasant he is each and every time. His kindness does not go unnoticed and the way he treats every customer is superb!

This is my second favorite Target in Michigan. It isn't the biggest but the shelf's are always stocked and you're always greeted with a friendly smile. I love going to this Target if I'm looking to browse. It's rarely extremely busy and the set up of the store flows better than most I've shopped in. *If you are looking for a Target with a wide variety of grocery/fresh foods this Target does lack in this area*
