I went in for an interview and was offered a position with them after the interview. I was supposed to have orientation on November 10th but received a phone call yesterday informing me that they cannot hire anyone yet. I'm a little disappointed but the manager is going to call me as soon as she can bring me onboard.

Fabulous Team at the Rochester Hills, Michigan TJ Maxx. While waiting in line for my turn to check out yesterday I witnessed one of the most considerate acts that I wanted to share. A mother with young children and an infant in a stroller was working to calm her crying baby. She was at the back of line and would've had to wait maybe 5+ minutes for her turn to check out as it was a very busy weekend. A store associate or manager saw this and went to the aid of this customer by bringing her to a register so she could immediately complete her check out and be on her way with a fussy/hungry infant. Very heart warming.

Calling all shopaholic's! Great deals on designer items. Be prepared to look through some racks though. I've gotten some great pieces for pennies on the dollar. Example: 200 belt for 20 bucks! Good for real designer jewelry shoes and handbags as well!

I was after costume jewelry (which i NEVER buy or wear) - needed for an event - I bought too many pieces because I wanted to match it to the dress, whichi I didn't have with me. I was like a kid in a candy store - they had a TON of shiny blingy thingies - I swear I must have hypnotized myself! I couldn't decide - it was a half an hour from closing time when i had rolled in - I picked I dunno 40 pieces? Earrings, necklaces, bracelets... even sunglasses (didn't need for event but the PRICE!!) So I race to the jewelry counter to pay for my bounty of baubles and DANA was the salesperson who helped me - she probably thought I was crazy - i sure wouldn't blame her - but she was too polite to say so. She helped me by systematically and accurately checking me out, I had a question on an earring with a minor break, it was one of my fave pieces in the bunch so I asked her to call the manager, PAM, to come and see about a discount... Pam did give me like 99 cents off (it was only one tiny little ring that needed to be added to connect 2 pieces together - I know i have those swimming loose in a drawer at home so I figured ok a buck is a buck considering I'm spening a bunch o bucks - anyway all went well all was good. I took my professionally checked out treasures home and lesiruely went through them to figure out the best matches for the outfit. And yes I am going to return most of the haul but I did choose to keep a few other pieces that were unbelievably cheap but not SO cheap looking -- I mean it IS costume jewelry after all so that should be very low priced in my mind. I think I ended up getting like 6 or 7 pieces for around 50 or 60 bucks including 3 pairs of shades! So I definitely recommend TJs if you want to have fun finding bargains - you'll get a ton without breaking the bank. Rochester Hills locay - see Dana in Jewelry she will take great care of you!

I love a good bargain, and T.J. Maxx always delivers. I enjoy perusing their isles on a regular basis. I always find a great deal on health and beauty items, as well as beautiful home decor.

Great shopping experience ,friendly staff, bought lots of summer fashion at a good price . I will be returning ofter to find new clothes ans discounted household items to look through. Nice store and was clean .

This is a very neat and tidy store. They have a good selection of women's clothing.

You buy things you didn’t know you needed. Did you really need that extra faux plant? But it doesn’t matter, it was on clearance. You’ll find a spot for it. I always say I’m going to go browse, and if I don’t end up down the deep dark spending hole of TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Home Goods, then I don’t leave happy. Then the entire drive home, you convince yourself this is cheaper than going to a bi-weekly therapy session AND you get the bonus of keeping little momentous.

The manager and cashier we dealt with were so nice! The store was also very clean and organized and looked "full" with plenty of selections (except for capris/cropped pants...).

Was unable to leave without a purchase. 😊 Do not look for the great clearance prices you used to get - it looks like they now take $5 off and call it clearance.

I love this store! I always find something I “need” and the selection is great. Friendly staff and great location near Target and Best Buy.
