I'm giving this staples a 5 because of Nick in the customers service department (2/12/24) helped me with a delivery. He did not hesitate to go above and beyond and got me in and out. He enjoys his job!!! The young man at the cash register was pleasant as well. Thank you.

If you want the best customer service and treatment from a truly dedicated staff, ask for JP. As an educator and parent I come here to stock up on classroom, home office and back to school supplies. They always have what I need and we’re helpful getting me printer ink when there was a shortage. As a resident and customer for over a decade this is where I’d go!

All the recent 1-star reviews are from ignorant Facebook zombies. A video regarding this location arose of a lady yelling, slandering, and bullying the manager because she had an altercation with another employee. The lady in question accused the manager of being racist because he simply repeated that he would not assist her if she kept on yelling, to which she continued to do. She also made multiple threats and called the manager ugly and claimed soon after all her yelling and bullying that she wasn't being disrespectful. Mind you, she was also displaying this behavior in front of children. Unfortunately, when the customer realizes they aren't always right, they resort to pulling the race card... Five stars for the manager and any other staff having to put up with that.

I brought in pdf files to print for my baby shower and the copy print staff was AMAZING. They helped me save everything the right way, were patient when I had a hard time with my email, and took their time to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Really put my mind at ease at a time where my brain was a foggy mess. Professional, prompt, and helpful! Thank you!!

Most of the 1 star reviews recently will have no bearing on who will go to the staples, if you need to go you will go anyways regardless of the quality of service represented by the reviews. Nonetheless as it has been stated in other 5 star reviews this place has been review bombed by an arrogant customer who took it upon herself to shout and insult multiple staff in a recorded video. While I have never been to this establishment, the fact that this customer made insults to the manager after he repeatedly tried to de-escalate the situation, even with being called racist to his face multiple times shows that most of the staff there probably have level heads and can respectfully respond to drama and altercations generated by rude customers. You will probably be able to get most of your work done in peace assuming more people like her don't show up, and considering all her friends said they would never come back in other reviews, I think it'll be fine. One funny thing to note about it is that she calls the manager racist for "pushing the black girl to the back" when it is actually another black co-worker of hers that takes her to the back of the store, and the manager steps in as it is usually his duty to deal with rude or misbehaving customers. She then mistakenly assumes he did this out of spite towards the co-worker, and not to protect her from the vile remarks made by the customer. The customer then assumes that because she is black, that the manager must have something against black people, despite clearly case-proof trusting one black employee to help comfort another after the drama, and giving time and space to the employee by taking the customer into his own hands. He demonstrated more empathy for people and their feelings than the customer gives him credit for, and she should be ashamed of her conduct. The manager alone along with the young gentleman who helped out the distressed worker gets them 5 stars. Other than that, it's probably just a normal staples.

I just watched the video of that one Karen recording her print experience with Eric. As a print and marketing associate myself at a different Staples, he has every right to respond the way he was to the situation. He tried to de-escalate numerous times, to which this lady just simply would not. Not only was she insulting him by calling him racist and an ugly man, she was causing a scene and making the whole situation worse off than what it should have been. Also, news flash to customers: WE as EMPLOYEES have the right to deny service, and we also have the right to kick you out. People take the whole "customer is always right" too far sometimes, and just can't accept it when workers stand up for themselves and put them in the wrong. Props to you Eric for handling that the way you did. If you're still there and see this, you deserve a raise. I hope your coworkers who dealt with that lady are doing okay too!

I would like to personnaly thank the manager and staff for not putting up with that vile and intrusive woman trying to go all world star hip hop on social media. Thank you for standing up to this hound for your employees. She clearly has personnal issues preventing her from being a stable respectable person.

Went to the Ocean store to have some items laminated and found a very helpful associate in the print department. Michael Hines was so kind and considerate, and able to assist us immediately with our needs. He also pointed out some additional options which were extremely beneficial and cost saving. Thanks Michael!

I have always loved Staples for its variety of craft, school and office supplies. They can be a little pricey compared to Walmart or Target, but Staples usually has a wider array of supplies, brands, office furniture and electronics that aren't carried in Walmart.

The folks at the copy center have been absolutely fantastic; saving me hours and money! Not only that, but they were also running a sale on the one thing I needed. Love my town's Staples!
