Tammy in the bakery is AWESOME! Went above and beyond, they were out of garlic bread and I asked if someone could make some more and she did it! First time at this location, thank you. By the way, the fresh garlic bread is very good.

Salon in Walmart!!! They’re so friendly and professional, great customer service! Awesome service! I only received service with Danny who is so amazing, but I have seen people get service from other stylists, and let’s just say I hope they felt as good as they looked when the chair swivel and hair cape removed!!!! Period!!!!!!

Ordered new glasses in the optical store. The ladies were awesome! Very helpful and fun!!!! Will go back as needed. Very satisfied.

I had an incredibly positive experience at my local Walmart, all thanks to the helpful young lady named Damyea. I was on a mission to shop for a sick friend, but I quickly found myself overwhelmed and lost while trying to navigate the aisles and fill out their shopping list. Thankfully, Damyea noticed my confusion and stepped in to offer her assistance.

Despite being busy with inventory tasks, Damyea went above and beyond to guide me to the items I needed. Not only did she point me in the right direction with a friendly smile, but she also lightened the mood with a quick joke, which instantly put me at ease. Her willingness to help, even amidst her own tasks, was truly admirable.

Not only did Damyea assist me in finding all the items on my list, but she also took the time to offer me valuable tips about my hair routine. Additionally, she kindly offered to help me order any items that weren't currently available in the store, showing a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction.

Overall, Damyea's exceptional customer service and genuine kindness made my day. Her willingness to go the extra mile and assist me despite her busy schedule is a testament to her exemplary work ethic and dedication to helping others. I highly recommend visiting this Walmart location for the outstanding service provided by employees like Damyea.

Went shopping for my granddaughter and was able to find a nice baby swing priced very well and a stroller.

I love Walmart even though the lines can be long, and there's not enough lanes open at times, I love this place. I'm there so much that most of the staff no me. Heck, I could be a spokesperson for Walmart. For me, it's like a one sto shopping store. Great staff, great prices, and great variety. Plus, it's in a great location. I rather make the trip and drive to Grand Haven. Its in my opinion, always a better location. Theyre much more cleaner, better organized and has more items in stock. Their staff are nice and want to help. They don't just walk around hiding and talking to each other on the clock as I've witnessed in muskegon.
Today I was loading funds on a cash app account. Was my first time doing it. The guy at the service desk (in grand haven...) was very polite and helpful. Was able to help me real quick too. I tried to do the same thing in muskegon and was treated like I was in the way and annoying them.

I noticed a row of parked semis, one motorhome, and about 3 cars with shades over their windows. It's nice that they allow overnight parking for travelers.

There's a lady named Deb that works here. I was looking for a certain tent that they had but none were on the shelf. she went over and above searching for the tent. and the store managers even helped. I got my tent! Amazing service! The big blue tent is what I was looking for. we used it the next day!

It wasn't too crazy the last time I went anyways. They have a better selection of things, including food, then Meijers does and a little less expensive. There are some pretty wild times in this area at Walmart.

They actually have REALLY cute clothes for kids! And the prices are so reasonable. I don't do any food shopping here (I use Shipt/Meijer for that). They recently updated this location and it looks really nice inside now. I love the self checkout but definitely bring a debit/credit card if you plan on using it since they're aren't accepting cash at this time because of COVID19.

My husband has dementia and has a habit of wandering. The last 2 times shopping, he snuck off, and I hunted for him for about ½ hour. The 2nd to last time, they found him out in the garden center. The workers, for the most part, were nice and helpful. This last time, they were wonderful! I couldn't ❤ believe how gracious and kind they were. A customer and 2 workers spent about 45-60 minutes looking for him. Even the cashier went looking for my wandering man! Eventually, the 2 workers who looked like they had just come to work for their shift found my husband trying to leave out the back door! I felt so blessed to be surrounded by such sweet people. I wish I had gotten their names, but I think I was at register #3.

Clean, regular Wal-Mart, glad there's a large store available in this area.

I get to do a service for the company and bring in the cards or what I can handle from the bus stop. I like doing that because I know that technically you'd rather they weren't down there but people need to be able to carry their stuff so thank you. And I try to pick up trash and butts and keep it kind of clean too. That's important to me. Happy New Year

This Walmart is my favorite one in Muskegon! It's always clean and relatively well stocked and I have noticed that it seems most of the stock comes in Saturday and the
majority overnight on Sunday. I hate seeing items on the floor and I do pick some of the mess up at the other Walmart, this doesn't seem to plaque the Walmart I'm reviewing, though. A clean store just makes the shopping experience so much more pleasant.
