Big Lots

My experience purchasing a recliner was excellent. The woman who waited on me was extremely helpful. She even brought a recliner out from the back for me to see. She was super helpful, really knowledgeable and had a friendly personality.

Here's to the two sales associates who my wife and I dealt with in purchasing some furniture, Sonya and Renee, they were both Great! We actually purchased our items with Sonya. She was very very polite, helpfull and patient! The day we picked up items up, it was Renee who helped. Wow, she was a hard worker ! So very helpful paper wise and physically helping to load items onto my pick up. As I said they were both great and I hope management in this store recognizes thier work!

Loved it! Had all the things I needed from bathroom utensils to a few food items etc. Best part was 20 percent off with my big lots card today! Always have deals if u get one of their Big lots cards!

We went there for a few things and ended up with a basket full. The prices have definitely gone up, like everywhere else but it is still a good place to shop. Good service, friendly and the store was neat and clean..which I love. Good merchandising.

Loved their Black Friday they had this year every Friday. Great concept! Clean store and very well organized.

The furniture here is very cheap. Mattresses seem to be a good deal also. Robert offered excellent and exceptional service he was awesome!

So many unique and hard to find items! I just went in there to find last minute stocking stuffers. In the end my cart was stuffed with bargains. They have GREAT prices and service 👏 👍

The girl in the furniture department is amazing! She went above and beyond to help us for about an hour when she did not have to. She even called other stores to see if they had the products we were looking for. She was very kind and compassionate about her job. Very grateful that she helped us find what we needed!

Our cashier was amazing and told us all about the ways we could save money. We went in to look around at beds and we found one within our price range that was on sale so it was a no-brainer for us. The cashier had a few tattoos on her arms, but unfortunately I don't recall her name. She completely rocked it, told me about the rewards and benefits of becoming a member. Encouraged us to buy more which we needed, using our bonus rewards for signing up, she was not pushy in us buying more, it came off as being more helpful than meeting a quota or her getting a bonus for selling a certain amount. She does deserve to be recognized for her hard work, great customer service and her dedication to the customer beginning to the end.

Again another great place to shop for your home goods some food supplies furniture a little bit of everything for that person shopping on a budget this is one of the better places to go they have everything pretty much top quality merchandise at low prices I shop there whenever I can

I love shopping at Big Lots. The store was clean and there was plenty of items to shop. When I went to check out there was a nice lady there to check me out. We had a nice conversation and the check out was great! I will come here often in the future.
