I just purchased a Chrysler Pacifica 2023 due to huge discount. The process was easy and fast. I did everything through texting, email, and phone calls. I purchased my van on Thursday and was ready for pick up on Friday, but choose to pick up Saturday instead due to I lived out of state. I arrived 10am at the dealer, everything was ready to go, I pickup the van and left around 10:30am. The people I worked with are great people and will definitely buy from this dealer again.

Great service! My vehicle went in for a major door paint chip. Dropped it off at the appointed time and it was returned when expected. Paint was matched perfectly and it was cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. Customer Service is alive and well at Preferred Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 👍

When I arrived and got out of my car I stood in front of 3 employees at their desks for over 3 minutes and none of them acknowledged me at all. The female walked pass me twice as she went to other cars.How hard is it to find a second and say”good morning someone will be with you in a minute.” Then Rick came from the parts and immediately said “good morning how can I help you “? He proceeded to process the paperwork n got my vehicle completed. As I left I thanked him for his help and told him that I was not impressed with his co-workers effort. He apologized and made me feel better as he said “ next time just come and see me” which I will. I just know I have purchased 2 out of 3 cars from Pererrered. Even the last car I did not purchase by you I still came to your establishment. Do your self a favor don’t loose Rick and expect to keep customers coming back unless you train or incentive them if possible.

I took my vehicle in for a scheduled factory recall and was promptly greeted and treated with professionalism. The new waiting area included space to work remotely. The team kept me updated on timing of the repair and fully answered all of my questions. Overall it was a great experience.

Overall a good experience while buying my new truck. It's always a pain but they got all of the things done that they promised. It definitely took longer than they said it would and communication was not great but if we called them they got us answers. They want lifelong customers and it shows!

People don’t normally make me feel good about myself. These people actually fix your car and do a good job. Betten said they changed my plugs and they didn't. They did put new coils in. I will use Jeep to fix my stuff. I bought my car from Betten but never again.

I thought my car would take all day and I wouldn't get it until the next day. But I got it back the same day I put it in. They did a awesome job on my vehicle. I Will go back to them if I have anymore problems with my car.

Scheduled oil change. Was told when I arrived that they were running a little behind schedule. Waited in lounge for about 75 minutes. Was treated with kindness and professionalism by everyone I encountered.
