My brother loves this place. I'm getting my first vape mod from here later today. Nice and knowledgeable staff. Always nice.

Edit: went in last night 11-3 for a my first mod. The kid that was working was awesome! Will be back today for some more stuff I forgot I needed. This has become my go to place!

I come into this location frequently. Alex is honestly the best. He is so knowledgeable about all products in the store. There has never been something he recommended that I didn’t love!

By far the best vape shop I've been to. Huge selection and variety and I cannot put into words how good the house flavors are.

Special shout out to Alex for his incredible professionalism and kindness; especially when it comes to mixing and making the house juice orders. He's a true MVP.

Outstanding! Finally a Vape shop that has all the parts for the Atomizers they sell. I can't begin to tell you how happy I was they had the glass for my TFV18. The shop I bought it at in Vernon Hills, (I will leave them nameless), kept telling me over and over again, that they expect it in this week. 5 weeks later and 5 stops there I decided to move my shopping elsewhere.

Really glad I found this place and it's this local!

Excellent selection of vapes and juices at reasonable prices. The young lady who works there - I don't know her name, is so kind and helpful. I stop in here about once a week and they never disappoint. I highly recommend Vape N Juice.

The first time walking in, is like all the others. Great staff! The two ladies at the counter are very nice! Good conversations and they know what they are talking about! There deals are also very inexpensive and great tasting flavor mixes. I wish they would carry the naked line at least, but there other flavors match up to expectations I look for. Though, I do get carded every time I walk in. I know it's protocol but can get slightly annoying. Overall, great place to hangout and talk!

Want to start by saying this is my goto place when it comes to vaping needs. The last week has been very frustrating because I bought three pods and a new juice because they didnt have the kind I like. Well i had 7 pods crack in two days after like a hit or two. When I would come in and tell the two main employees whats going on they would just tell me they dont know whats going on. I was given a pod and said if this doesnt work idk. So I left got my kids took a hit off the new pod set it down 10 mins later hit it again to get taste of the juice. I pulled it out to see the pod was cracked. I was so frustrated I was about to buy another device. Until I looked online and it told me the acidity of some juice will crack pods. When i went back in I told the empoyee what I read online and he told me "Im surprised I havent heard anything about it. You think we would." Today I went in mins before they closed and not only did I receive amazing customer service, but I also learned information on the acidity type juices can crack pods and how to fix by letting it sit for 2 days with top off and using half the flavor. I really appreciate DIEGO for helping me. He's very nice, very knowledgeable, with extremely good customer service. I manage a Portillos and would hire him any day! Thanks again Diego.

Nice vape shop with good staff and honest people. Prices are reasonable and the selection of devices are of good quality and reasonable. The store is impeccably clean. The selection of fluids is of high quality and are all pharmaceutical grade and lab-made as well as extremely clean. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very polite and good people to deal with. Wait time for help was instant and service is thorough and fast or if you have questions and need information they are happy to spend some time. I would do business again. Good vape store

It is always such a pleasure coming here! Matt & Dan have always been very helpful finding whatever my boyfriend & I need from new mods, tanks, juice, etc. This is the only vape shop I will go to! Highly recommend this shop!! :)

I was visiting from Texas and my vape broke. My daughter took me here for a replacement and we were greeted with a kind and friendly girl who really helped me a lot by answering my questions and just being a sweet person 💗 I am moving to Mundelein in the near future and will use this shop when I get there. Every time I come in Matt and Dan make sure that I am taken care of. I always feel welcome and that I am making knowledgeable choices. The variety is awesome! Come in and try one of the 100 flavors just on the test rack!!! Love this place.

Probably the best vape shop ive been to out of 12 ive visited since getting into this about 3 mos ago. This shop is a must visit and the smallest/newest out of their 5. I would expect the same if not better from their other stores. The employee (so sorry I can't remember her name right now) was new to the store but had good knowledge of their products. I was there to kill some time while visiting a friend and he had some running around to do so I decided to stop, thank God I did! I looked around the shop a bit and was greeting almost immediately by the bubbly insightful employee. You could tell she was excited about the shop and their products. I chatted with her a bit while looking at some hardware and then was introduced to their vape bar!!!! OMG folks this is where the rubber meets the road. Very well set up and lit up juice bar, there had to be over 100 HOUSE MADE samples!!!! AND EVERYONE OF THEM HAD IT'S OWN SMOK V8 STICK SAMPLER!!!! That is insane to me and warrants so much credit to the owners. This detail is huge in sampling juice to know what its going to taste like out of the store!!!! Sampled like 4 flavors as I was a bit short on time but did get the opportunity to taste and purchase their flavors Fitzcelli and I'm Chad, both of which are set to sell on the national market and therefore were reduced in price. After some more chatting and shopping I eargley completed my purchase so I could get out to my vehicle and fill my tanks!! Highly recommend this shop for their customer service, cleanliness and of course awesome products!! A+++ from me, will be back, it has set the bar for my other shop visits from this point forward, thank you Vape-N-Juice for the experience!!!

Never knew of this place, and randomly stumbled upon it today. GLAD I did! Been vaping since 2012, and have had my fare share of many vape shops across the US traveling a lot for work. Ryan was insanely helpful, polite, not pushy, and most of all very well educated while showing me multiple options. Their juice bar was unlike anything I've ever seen! Happy I stumbled upon it, and look forward to going back to my new vape shop home! Thanks again so much Ryan!!!

Always a great vibe and experience at Vape n Juice! The juice bar is clean and the sales associates are professional. They listen to what you say you need and help get you the best device for you. They won't sell you anything they wouldn't buy and use themselves.

I went in here as a first time vape bro, and was immediately helped by Matt. I told him I didn’t know anything about vaping but would like to start and he was very helpful and gave me some recommendations. Very large selection of juices at great prices and a clean establishment. Will be returning for refills and any other vaping needs.
10/10 will shop again.
