Garden Fresh Market

So jealous! I wish we had a market like this in South Carolina!!! This place had an amazing selection of fruits, veggies, and various international products. Prices were not cheap, but considering the transportation costs to get the products here from a significant number of foreign countries I don't think the prices were that horrendous. Next time I'm in Chicago I definitely am coming back for the Filipino sauces!

Garden Fresh is a large supermarket with a nice variety of food, from vegetables to fruits to cereal. They have types of vegetables that I’ve yet to find in other nearby stores. Very nice that they have unique cultural foods that are typically harder to find. They even have halal meat!

This place is so fun! Reasonable prices too! We always get new fruits to try and new international candy too!

This garden fresh has everything you need! The entrance has aisles apon aisles of produce at reasonable prices. I love how there’s snacks and food from various different countries represented by the flags hanging above shelves. They also have baked goods and a small place with premade hot meals and sushi. I love their chicken wraps and lobster soup!

This place is amazing. It's absolutely massive and the selection is astounding. They have loads of international foods and ingredients you can't get at most stores. Great produce at best prices I've seen in the area. Every employee I talked to was incredibly friendly and helpful. My only warning is that, because it's big, it can be hard to find specific things (flour can be found in the baking section, Polish section, Mexican section, etc depending on the type). New go to store, though.

Amazing grocery experience! We are from out of state and simply stopped for a few groceries. The store is incredible. Great value and awesome selection. We stopped for a visit, but now, Garden Fresh has become a regular destination of it's own!

They have ALL the good stuff. Try nee snacks and treats from other countries. This is one of my favorite grocery stores ever. Have fun!!

Excellent selection of fresh produce, spices, baked goods as well as frozen foods. Good prices too.

This store leans more international while still having most items you would expect to see.
They have a huge selection of produce, fresh spices. Seafood and bakery items. They also have a very large selection of deli meats and cheeses. Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese ....... are available.

My favorite products to purchase here are the mackerel fish and cherry tomatoes.

Always so helpful and the variety of food is wonderful...so international.

I love to try different kind of cooking. It's fun to go up and down the isles and explore different nationalities.
I also like the produce department. They frequent have little packages of produce for 99¢.

This is my favorite supermarket!! Best produce around and HALF the price of Jewel or Marianos. Highly recommend getting your spices here as well. They have a giant selection (including stuff like lavender and rose petals, as well as plenty you've never heard of) for pennies in big quantities. Only place with fair prices, seriously. Abandon your other grocery store and never look back.

Great place for meats and any kind of veggies you could ever want! Very friendly employees! Will definatly visit and shop there again!!!!

It's where I get my groceries because the Walmart in Vernon hills doesn't have any of that. I have had no complaints about the fresh fruits and vegetables that I got here and the prices are good too. It's a fairly large place where other than the aforementioned things, you can also get other food commodities that range from different areas of the world. They also have stuff like utensils and spirits. So, basically a well stocked supermarket.
It's nice that they have signs that properly say where's what. I usually go in the mornings, so I haven't seen a rush here, and maybe that's why they have only two counters open at that time. But it's helpful that they bag the stuff for us and maybe even put into our carts.
A plus point is that they have an Amazon hub locker so I can just send my orders here since I'll be coming here anyways.

They have a great european bread selection. And even German Hagebuttengelee.

This Garden Fresh location is SOOOO much better than the GF by my house in Buffalo Grove! Almost double the size, much better fresh produce section, a spice island where you can choose how much of a spice you would like, and a woman is (inside) the island, to get the spices you want! I've never seen that! Much cleaner, much more variety!

Garden Fresh has just about anything you could possibly want. Excellent International options and great prices on produce! I miss the one that they closed close to home, so I travel to this one despite there being a Tony's Fresh Market right across the street. There's just no comparison. You'll find produce you can't find anywhere else in addition to difficult to find International items. The butcher section is well-maintained the staff is helpful and don't try to avoid you when you ask for assistance. If you're a tea lover, they have an entire aisle of teas from just about everywhere. Garden Fresh, please come back to the Grayslake, Round Lake Area!
