AT&T Store

The store here is always on point! They do whatever they can to help you as best they can, i came in needing to upgrade and they saved me money not only by letting me trade in my phone but change my plan to a newer one and saved me more money! I will be coming here from now on because everyone here is so nice and helpful:)

I went to this store on December 9th. And again on the 23rd. I had a bunch of things that I wanted to accomplish. Nothing urgent, but just things that I felt I needed to get done. The staff was quite helpful with what I asked of them. A new phone similar to my prior phone (but better), a much better power cord than what I had previously, and connecting my new phone via Bluetooth with my car's radio so that I can listen to audio books while I'm driving to and from work.

Our AT&T store rep was amazing.
She was so friendly and patient.
I felt like i was with a friend.
I am easily intimidated and shy when it comes to dealing with sale reps, but with her I felt very confident and in control with my decision making.
Normally I leave the store not wanting to be back any time soon due to dealing with others, but this visit I left feeling like I could do this again anytime.
She really seemed to love what she does and working with others, and that really helped make my visit to the store an enjoyable one.

We were turned away twice by AT&T employees saying we should go to Walmart to set up our cards and that they couldn’t help us.
We went back a THIRD time and we had nothing but a positive experience with Melissa. She was so patient and helpful with getting the three of us sorted. Very professional serve I’ve from her, 5/5 for Melissa. Thank you! 😊

I like this store because the people are really nice and they know how to take care of any problem you may have with your cell phone.

Most businesses are only interested in assisting a customer that spends big bucks. When none of the expensive solutions to my problem were acceptable, the staff suggested a much less costly option that met my needs perfectly. Very knowledgeable staff. Well done!

Absolute best customer service I have ever gotten from any AT&T store I have ever been to! Josh was very accommodating for me as a deaf guy and did he excellent job installing my screen protector bubble-free and wicked fast! He went above and beyond helping me out!

Issues with phone this morning. 611 customer service was no help and after being on hold for a prolong period hung up. Neosho was a great help and reassured me that everything was OK. Felt better after talking to the two working the neosho store. Thank you

There's often a wait at this store, probably because staff is so competent, friendly and honest. They patiently help with all kinds of issues. I was in there once while they helped an older lady set up her facebook account. Phone stores might deserve a bad reputation. But the Neosho AT&T restores my faith in the industry.

The young man named David was so polite and helpful about my mess up and this is the 3rd time he has helped me and oh so polite. If he worked for me I would give him a raise. I will always ask for his assistance.

Every person there has always been exceptional. I understand that sometimes there are staffing issues so I appreciate all they do. They always seem to have a lot of patience working with some of the people they work with. I know I would not be able to do it. Thank you AT&T in Neosho!

Absolutely incredible experience at this store. Mikey and Melissa are TOP NOTCH. Their customer service, patience and technical experience is very impressive. They are also super nice people that went above and beyond to help my family and I. We are so glad we made the switch to AT&T, but even happier we chose this store. The Neosho store is definitely the one to go to for all your entertainment needs. They have great promotions, awesome employees, and an overall warm welcoming environment. Taylor was extraordinary. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. All my needs were met and I am now lucky to know her as well as her team. Highly recommended.

Veronica was a delight!! She helped me and my boyfriend setup our new phones and lines. She was even able to help another family at the same time with outstanding service! She showed us exactly what to do and got us everything we needed for our new phones!
