Shoe Sensation

Very nice place! I always have trouble finding wide athletic shoes but they had a great selection. Staff was very friendly and the prices were great!

I walked into the Neosho. Mo store and was greeted by friendly service. Not only was I greeted but shocking to me the young lady named Abigail asked if she could "help" me find something. I was going to this location to search for a particular item that my daughter wanted, they didn't have what I was looking for BUT! The same young lady who greeted me and asked to help, went above and beyond by offering to get on line to show me what they offered. I ended up buying what she had suggested for my daughter, turns out my daughter loves what I ended up buying.
Thanks to the friendly, professional and knowledge of the young lady named Abigail I'm still a superhero to my daughter!

I love shopping here! Such great customer service and a fabulous staff to go with it! If they don’t have your size they can order right away and are always willing to look for more options if needed! Will definitely recommend and be back whenever I need a shoe fix!!

I've shopped at shoe sensation in Neosho for many years for many sizes & people. No complaints, & normally really great deals! Never have had any issues returning anything just keep receipts like anywhere else! They will also order whatever you're in search of, if they can. Like my husband was wanting a very hard to locate out of stock pair of twisted x & they ordered them direct for us. Great customer service in my opinion. & usually give coupons in your boxes !
