Family Dentistry of Neosho

I would like to preface my statement with the fact that I, like a majority of people, I’m guessing, do NOT like going to the dentist! So, when I started having an issue, I was filled with dread. When my husband said “Trust me, honey… once you go to Family Dentistry of Neosho, you will NEVER want to go anywhere else!”, I couldn’t imagine that my experience would be inspiring of such devotion, but, I agreed to let him try to get me in to see them. They were not supposed to be in the office that day, but, braved the weather and sacrificed time off to see me!! Wow!! Everyone was so warm and welcoming!! They were super quick to diagnose the issue and gave me options on how to proceed. I ended up agreeing to see an oral surgeon for my fractured crown removal and they offered to arrange the appointment for me!! My prescription was ready for me by the time I got to my pharmacy and the pain regimen they recommended has been a sanity saver!! I wish I could thank them each by name…. I remember Dr. Reagan and Tennille!! The ladies at the front desk deserve plenty of praise as well!! I am certain I will learn their names in the future because I have found my dental home!! I can’t thank y’all enough!!!

Family Dentistry truly cares about their patients and takes time to listen. The staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful. I felt like they cared about my concerns and did all they could to help me. Thank you for my excellent care!

I went in for a crown and a filling today. Dr. Reagan and Shannon took really good care of me. From the time I walked in I was at ease; everyone is always so friendly! Dr. Reagan explained all the different parts of the procedure. They both checked on me during the entire time to make sure I was doing OK.

Great Doctors and top notch staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they do excellent work. Very flexible with scheduling appointments and always seem to get you right in on time. Very well organized and executed dental care that I would highly recommend.

Came in with no appointment for soreness and they were able to get me in within the hour and repaired the tooth, recovered over the evening and feel great! Outstanding turn around and service. Super friendly staff as well!

Dr. Reagan and his staff are all very professional and make you feel comfortable. They also relate to you as an individual and don’t make you feel like just another patient.
Very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

I had a tooth that was bothering me and I called them for an emergency appointment. They got me in the next day, so they were very attentive to my needs. I didn’t have to wait. I felt that they valued me as a customer. All staff is very kind. I recommend Dr. Reagan and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist!

So I have been terrified of dentists my whole life. I remember the drill, the stink, the pieces flying around in my mouth, the water gagging me. Soooo, I haven't gone very often in my life. Now I'm trying to save the teeth I have left. Today I had 3 cavities fixed and filled. (without having to be numbed, I might add) I didn't feel a thing! Piece of cake. These people are awesome and worked miracles. I highly suggest you go there.

Every experience I’ve ever had at Family Dentistry of Neosho has been a positive one. The staff are all kind, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. They are intent on putting you at ease, which sometimes is hard when you don’t know what to expect. I’ve never had a bad experience in their capable hands.

As far as a dentist visit goes, this place is the best!! Friendly, pleasant atmosphere, awesome dentist and assistants. If you have a bad experience here, it’s your own fault. LOL

I have been a patient of Dr. Reagan’s for over twenty years. During those years I have always been treated with respect and have been given the best up to date dental care there is! Your always greeted with a friendly smile and feel like family when you leave.

My experience has always been very positive, staff is very kind and professional and I love that it is a Christian atmosphere! I had Bree today and she was absolutely wonderful, I usually have Kim and I just love her but she was not in today but Bree was a fantastic fill in, if Kim is unavailable again I would love to request Bree!

They are so welcoming ever time I go. They made an emergency appointment right away and never asked questions. I appreciate that so much.🙏🏻 Keep up the 5 star work

I went here for Invisalign and trust me, Dr. Nine and all the assistants (I wish I could name you all) were all just fantastic. I’m really happy with my results and so is my wife. I can’t thank the ladies enough from the front desk. This is the spot if you need your grill fixed up proper!

I had an appointment today with Dr. Nine for my first Laser treatment for snoring. It went great. Pain free and fast! Dr. Nine is so kind and such an awesome person. Everyone at the office makes you feel like family!
