Being all over the USA as truck drivers Good customer service is what I appreciate. Here at the loves in Hinton, OK. that is what you get. Sonic is always clean with good comfort food, and a friendly staff. What more could you ask for, As we stop to wait out the winds with our fellow drivers.

I came in today and got gas and a technical glitch happened and instead of telling me there was nothing they could do Diego who works there told me that if nothing happened here in a little bit to come back and that you would help me with the monetary technical issue that happened and I have to say that he is absolutely amazing and I appreciate what he did when he didn't have to.

I've been driving OTR for 22 years and over the last 7-8 years the loves customer service and shop service has really went down the toilet. But this particular loves service shop really caught me off guard. These guys are AWESOME! I watched how these guys work and they have good moral and you can tell they like what they do just by how they work and cut up at the same time. My alternator went out on my truck and the service tech (Paul) wasted no time getting me the part I needed right away. I would definitely recommend any driver to this shop. They'll take good care of you!! Thank you guys!! You're AWESOME!!

A huge Thank you to Corey and the very kind young lady working at the road side assistance behind the store today.
After we hit a deer on the hiway today and waited over an hour for our insurance Co to send a tow truck, these guys managed to get the fender pulled out of the wheel well to where our truck didn't have to be towed.
They wouldn't let us pay them for helping us, and were so kind and helpful!

Friendly staff. Staff always treat us Ruan drivers like family. The only negative thing to say is the McDonald's. I know they have no control over them but Loves should cancel McDonald's contracts. They are always super slow and rude. Always accommodate drive thru before lobby. And lobby is where most the big business is because of us truck drivers.

For the record, at this particular stop, McDonald's is not a part of us. They simply rent out that space. As for the gas station portion of this stop the staff is usually always friendly, or tries to be. The restaurant (Subway) is good food and great staff.

Friendly faces with great customer service. Great truck stop coffee too! The employees are well trained and confident in their work. It makes you think the store is under great consistent management.

Very pleasant cashier greeted as I entered. Saw me looking around and immediately told me where the restrooms were. Restroom was big and clean. The store was very well stocked with a variety of everything In the same building there is a Subway and a McDonald's. Just about everything you need in one stop to satisfy different tastes.

Decent parking. Clean restrooms and shower. Staff is courteous and seem to care about providing a clean store/lot and good customer service. They even repaired the potholes in the lot. Good design ..flow of traffic.

We like the convenient location. It is nice yo stop in for a drink and snack on the way to see our kids. It is so amazing to have the McDonald's connected so their is a variety of food for all who are traveling with us. We also like the gift shop so when we are on our way to a birthday party and need a quick gift.
