This is the one Dollar General that consistently holds the platinum standard. It is always clean, and the staff are incredible. This is the only DG that holds my confidence as a consumer, customer and person. The staff is genuinely friendly and caring. If there is any way to acknowledge their superior service, they have the right to be aware how they positively influence people's day.

Clearance event going on and man oh man did they have some bargains at this store!! Also found some fall stuff for $1.00

We love this Dollar General! The staff have great customer service skills and the store is always well stocked and CLEAN! We visit this location at least once a week after leaving our Sunday morning church service. It gives us people that live in the " boonies" a great option for not having to drive into Joplin or Neosho. 👍

This is the best Dollar General to go to. Always clean. Always has what you you need. It's very much bigger than the other dollar generals we've been too. Most that I've been to see cluttered and you're unable to find things let alone get through the aisles because they are so unprepared and unstocked. The employees are always so helpful here instead of hateful don't go to the one in Diamond the guys here once forgot to even bag My groceries and have yelled at me for no reason. It's worth the little drive to this one in gateway. They don't know how to run a store in Diamond. They are pathetic. They need to take lessons from these women that work at this one on gateway!!!

I was very pleased to find this particular store located near Tipton Ford Missouri was clean, well stocked and organized. The prices are competitive which is great considering it's at least a 10+ mile drive to the nearest big-box store.

Store was very neat and orderly. The gentleman working was very helpful and assisted me with getting the heavy packages of bottled water. One of the best Dollar Generals I have shopped at.

I am always pleasantly surprised by how nice the employees are at this DG!! They seem genuinely happy I'm in their store. Not something you'll readily find at the big WM stores... Or if you do it seems forced and fake. I am a newly converted DG customer! Thank you!

My favorite dollar store.
But do not work there!
The manager takes her anger out on you and does not listen to anything you say.
Delegates more and more work for the cashier's while spending most of the day smoking in her car, then takes her stresses out on other employees and even vendors because she has too much to since she doesn't hardly do anything at all.

Also not professional. Gossips and makes up stories about the customers. Most are obviously untrue.
So don't put in an application here.
Not to mention I am not the only discruntled employee. Several have left. This dollar store has the highest turn over rate. And there is a reason.

Normally find everything I want and more at great prices and mostly true this trip. Couldn't find one item, somewhat disappointed, but very pleased with the sales clerk's wonderful attitude and the above and beyond effort she made to help.

Quick shopping for some of the items you can get that Walmart sells but quickly because you do not have to drive ten miles north of town or five miles away from Goodman to Anderson. They're right there in town

Well it is always a almost affordable stop to grocery or shop for household itemscustomer service at this location was very kind and quick to get you checked out and on your May Jehovah bless the cashier.

Enjoying shopping there live out of town of Neosho or Joplin have pretty much everything you need wish they could carry fresh meat and vegetables and fruits then I wouldn't have to go to town at all
