Cody, the assistant manager, assessed and changed out my battery today. Half way through, it started storming and raining heavily. We got our backsides completely drenched but he was happy to do it for me. Today was the 2nd time I've been to this Auto Zone, here in Neosho. And I just have to say.. both times, I have received the absolute BEST customer service! I was helped by different gentlemen each time.. and they made me feel valued as a customer. Each one was extremely helpful, and professional, and exceedingly mannered. I am so thankful they listened to what I needed both times, and even made sure I had exactly what I needed. the first visit a few months ago, I had choose the wrong product and I was never made to feel ignorant. Suggested a better product that worked for my issue perfect. Well Done Neosho Auto Zone. as long as I live in this town.. this store is where I will go.

Amber colored engine light came one. They plugged me in to the computer, ran diagnostic and solved my issue. I love this place.
