I haven't been in your store for a long time.. I walked in there today February 4, 2023. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which made me feel as If I was welcomed to shop in your store. I was looking for a crystal. The young gentleman that helped me was so outgoing we had a very nice conversation as he was helping me out. Thank you Thomas for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to enjoy your for another conversation. Give that boy a raise he DEFINITELY deserves it.

This shop has the best glasswork. Very nice staff, especially Alivia. It would be really cool if there were tarot readings offered and musical instruments sold. Maybe some ornamental crystal diffraction for aesthetics. Could use a more psychadelic atmosphere but again, great for what it's for. The glass is well blown. I had one piece that withstood a good dozen falls onto concrete without shattering. Here's the blueprints for the electric guitar bong!

I was referred by a friend. I have been using a CBD oil to help with pain management but overtime the pain got worse and the oil did less and less. I was told to see Squire. Nice guy. Very personable. He recommended a tincture which was twice as strong and less expensive then what I was using. Thank you Squire.
Then there was Lia. She was so sweet and down to earth. She answered a few more questions and made me comfortable with my purchase. She told me about other products that Utopia offered. Great experience. Thank you Lia.

Always find what I'm looking for and the staff is a wealth of information! They help to provide what you seek from the second you walk in to learning something awesome about minerals or health before you walk out. Sweet trinkets to add to your treasures like patches, funky clothes, stickers and glass art, etc. Grab a few bucks and go check it out; there is something for everyone!! I've been going here with my mum 'n friends for years. Cute little collectibles and incense that smells really good, they stay open late too! Check it out *high5*

Amazing staff and an amazing selection of products. You can find anything here from clothes and accessories,to hair dye, to weapons, incense, candles, smoking goods, sex supplies, and more! And anything you have questions about the staff is always more than happy and willing to help. Been going there for years now and I don't think I'd ever go anywhere else for any if the things I'm used to buying from these amazing people!

The new store has a very clean atmosphere. The merchandise is kept clean and each section is assorted rather nicely. Their pipes and tobacco products are kept in lovely glass cabinets and table tops. I will most certainly continue to shop here.

This is a nice place. I remember as a younger kid they were always annoying with checking my ID in the smoke room, but being a little older I like shopping here. Bought a vape for myself and the guy behind the counter spent 20 minutes with me going over everything. Would recommend.

Everyone here has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. My mom and I were there the other day because myself and friends kept telling her about the benefits of CBD Oil. Someone helped her put her doubts at ease and suggested a lotion to help with the pain and she fell in love with the product. Thank you so much!!

I’ve gotten 2 ear piercings (rook and tragus) by two different piercers within 2 years and my piercings healed nicely without any problems. The staff is very professional and the studio was super clean and sterilized. They listen to you and explain everything - before, piercing process and aftercare instructions. This is my go to for piercings and they have a nice selection of jewelery to choose from.

I'm not a regular visitor. But a friend said they had what I needed at a good price and I was happy you see it there. Then the staff told me all about it and showed me how to use it. Highly recommend this place. If you need help just ask! The great staff make the place comfortable.

Another great shopping experience. I was asked right away when walking in if I was looking for anything in particular. In fact I came in to find and purchase a few specific items and get out onto the rest of the day.

I had the best experience tonight at Utopia with Lia. I have had my belly pierced 20 years ago and took it out for a medical procedure. After 1 week of leaving it out, it needed to be stretched/tapered which was performed by someone else at another location who replaced it with a smaller size which caused great discomfort.
Lia measured my original (1/2 inch) and knew immediately the one I was wearing was much too small.
Lia inserted the new belly ring 1/2 inch painlessly, even though I had swelling. Lia then gave me great tips with regard to cleaning to prevent infection. She also recommended the J curve to accommodate a woman’s changing body. I work in the medical field, and I can tell you first hand, she is a real pro!!

I’ve gone in here a few times the guy in the back with the long hair in the piece section is so helpful and nice he always gives my bf and I great deals. Love this place

First time I've been there since they've relocated right down the road, I feel, for like the 3rd time. Either way, the place was just what I expected, cute girls working there was a plus ;) Had your typical Utopia type items you'd be expecting!
