Super friendly staff. Was buying some bottle of wine for clients and the security detail was keeping an eye on me. I can respect that. Doing his job well. All in all, get great savings here as a member, ample parking and actually has human beings at multiple checkouts to assist you. So it's always quite quick for a large box grocery store.

This location is clean. The employees are friendly. There is a great selection of foods I haven't seen at other markets. The food looks and tastes fresh and delish. The produce is better than other local markets.

Well, they were stocked, even under non pandemic conditions. I found what I needed quickly. Friendly staff and excellent shopping experience. All employees are wearing masks.
The location is convenient—free parking right in front of the store.

Pavilions is a great market in Santa Monica CA.
The market is organized, great Healthy food, pleasant market assistance, nice cashiers, food prices are fair-of course however it great if they have frequent sales.
I would buy even more.

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Trevor in the meat department is super helpful and pleasant along with all of the staff I've encountered! Parking can be a bit tricky depending on when you go.

Easy to shop in this airy, spacious grocery store. The staff are always smiley, friendly and helpful. That goes a long way with me. I am loyalist to places where the staff are kind, accommodating and value your service.

I love the employees in this market. They know how to pick well meaning and helpfully people. Market is also very clean.

I really enjoy shopping at Pavillions. They slowly have a great selection of almost anything you need and they have top of the line produce and meats also. It's not the 99 so don't expect the cheapest prices but they have what you need in a clean atmosphere.

The manager Jaime is very informative and helpful in every location of his supermarket. He sets a high standard for customer service that reflects upon the astonishing help received every time I shop here.

I go to the deli counter a couple times a week. Always great service. One of my favorite markets.

My local grocery store, amazing employees, super helpful and always positive and a joy to chat with. Only downside is when it’s packed after school with soccer moms and their kids running around like bats out of hell. But besides that they always have what you need and the employees are always their to help!!!

Pavilions , Prices are getting too high but it is near me. The employees are very cool. It has every product like.

I ordered a cake for a Birthday .It had to be light.The person helping me was so nice .We ordered a really beautiful cake with fresh fruit on the top.The cake was a wonderful one.Really made the Birthday so special.I would reccomend this store for anyone who wants quality food.They bake right there in the store.

One of my firsts....one of my favorites....one of the best!

Opens at 530 am. Stores in central California opens at 6 am. There is something what I can comment about different schedule between central california and South California. By the way, good customer service at cashiers. Need more aware at aisles.

...... I've been going to this Pavilions for about ten years now and have spent thousands & thousands. It's one of the BEST grocery stores I've ever frequented. The employees and the managers are all so incredibly helpful and gracious. Thank you Pavilions! Grazie mille!

Best supermarket best staff.

This supermarket is relatively small, but offers a good selection of high quality food as well as all the staples necessary for everyday life. On the whole, a good place to shop.
