Sandra the pharmacist was great. Took care of my issue quickly and I was able to get my husband’s medication and get him some much needed relief.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices vary from competitive to high. The place is always nice and clean.

This Walgreens location is always busy. The pharmacists and clerks constantly have customers. I know this location has picked up the traffic from the Avenue J location that closed. I had an issue with my insurance company and Eli and Sandra were super helpful and walked me through the process to get the medication approved. Eli also troubleshooted lower cost discounts for me to help and I so appreciate that.

this store is always so busy and full of lines, but everytime i go in i always run into this one employee that is very helpful, her name is Anais

Clean and orderly

They need to do something with there pharmacy service, which sucks! Waited 30mins for someone to take my call. And the floor staff are rude. The cashier's are very nice and they go out of there way to assist you.

This store mostly has what I need, but when I call the pharmacy, I'm either hung up on before speaking with anyone, or I'm in hold music limbo for an hour even though the recording says there's only one person ahead of me. The recorded "we'll be with you shortly" will haunt me in my nightmares.

Always a long line. Everything is locked up and no one comes to open it for quite some time. Whenever there’s a good sale, everything is immediately out of stock - the chips aisle is never restocked. I saw a worker once cutting the coupons out of a stack of circulars. It’s a whole mess

I am sitting here waiting to drop off a FedEx package and there is NO ONE TO TAKE IT!! The service here is TERRIBLE!!!!

They won’t vaccinate if you don’t have insurance!

horrible experience. Every time I've been there I've been told prescription was ready and then had to wait an hour for them to fill it. Literally had someone in pharmacy say "when we said your prescription was ready, we meant it was ready for us to fill. It didn't mean it was ready for you to pick up". Then they say "Wait 15 minutes" I sit and wait an hour and eventually walk up to counter to ask and the medication has been sitting there Today had the same thing happen: prescription wasn't ready, I waited, checked after a half hour, was told to wait; checked after 45 minutes, was told to wait; checked after one hour, and the prescription had been filled the entire time and the person working the counter didn't notice.

I understand the people working at the pharmacy are incredibly overworked (I've never seen less than 10 people in line waiting/today over 25) but they are awful.

Long wait time on the phone only to have the calls get dropped ( I believe that they disconnect on their end). Once they answer the phone, they are rushed and rude. They promised to deliver my mom’s medication over a week ago and she is still waiting for it. I will now have to travel there and pick up her medication for her. Lousy service!!!

Extremely unprofessional at the pharmacy counter. Was told they “were too busy” to fill all 3 of my prescriptions when I came. They gave me one and told me the costs of the others (so, they obviously received the prescriptions and saw them on their end) and that I needed to come back another day to get them. When I came back they told me the other prescriptions do not exist and never did exist and that they cannot help me with them. I called my doctor and they confirmed that they were sent and received by the pharmacy.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve been to in my life. If your doctor sends a prescription, they don’t automatically start filling it. Because they don’t answer the phone (yet it never ever rings when you’re in the store waiting for 40+ mins which shows it’s not connected) you have to go in and have them fill it. If they or the app says it’ll be ready at xyz time, you get there and it hasn’t been started yet. They are NOT trained at the front which is dangerous. Telling people their meds aren’t covered when it’s a transferred, already approved Med is just dumb. And if it has to be transferred from another pharmacy, that is THEIR job not the customer.

The Mt Everest of Bad Walgreens. Understaffed, prescriptions go astray, managers apparently invisible. Don’t bother ringing bells to get merchandise that is locked away as no one responds . Some nice competent employees betrayed by a truly horrendous monopoly chain
