Absolutely stellar store! Customer service is top notch. Selections and pricing is great. Absolutely the best place in Salem to get juice and vape supplies.

The employee that helped me was soooo sweet. I had just broken my glass rig and went in to get a new one. She switched the bowl piece to the one I needed for me and we were joking around the whole time! Great prices, amazing customer service! I will definitely be back!

Brennan The Manager is literally the best. He has amazing customer service skills. He always fits me with the right product and knows what he’s talking about. Today I just went in and got a Vape and it was miss firing. He swapped it for another one after I had already left the store and the second one also started to misfire as well. He said he no worries and swapped it again. He honestly is the best worker I’ve ever experienced and I will only go back to this guy for my products now$ thank you Brennan. It’s been my pleasure.

Employees are always helpful and the owner himself is a really nice guy. Their selection of glass and smoking accessories is good and they've got a good selection of vape juices and hardware.

On 01/13 I went to MJ’s in the evening. I was helped by the most courteous an friendly associate that I’ve encountered in a long time, everywhere.
The young man that helped me knew his products and helped me with EXACTLY what I wanted. He deserves a raise!!
His customer service was beyond 5 stars. If you’re unsure of which product to purchase - this is the place to go!!

Top Teir Vape Shop! The prices, deals and selction are fantastic! The staff is amazing and kind, always willing to help out with anything we've needed. My partner and I go in and get our Elfbars and Swfts from them and they have never let us down! We tried these new AiroMax Elfbars and they taste killer and have lasted forever. The guy working is always super friendly and makes it worth the trip across town everytime!

Brennan always helps me out, really helpful and always gives good recommendations.

The Chick is always super nice and sweet, owner is always quick and friendly, and the owners son is the same way.

Huge variety! Great price's! Very awesome and knowledgeable staff! Helped me get all set up with a new vape pen (never used the one's where you add your own juice) and explained everything to me! Wish i remembered his name lol but I Love my Novo 2 this is the only Vape shop I go to!!

A great little shop! Decent amount of vape gear, not a bunch of rebuildables which are my personal favorite but over great selection of e-juice and a decent amount of vape gear. Their glass section is on point too but I mainly go for the vape stuff..this location is very nice just like the Newberg location, staff was swift and friendly. Also appreciate that the stuff will actually stay and talk to you instead of trying to rush you out which was nice overall great experience, will definitely be back!

Awesome customer service. Owner helped us change our coils & conversed with us as if he knew us for a long time. We're visiting family in Oregon but will definitely come back on our next trip! Much mahalo!

I can start off by saying I had no idea what I was missing until these guys set up shop! It's a MA & PA Store feel, yet modernized, with irrefutable Customer Service, they make you feel like you are apart of their family! I can't see myself ever going anywhere else and I love them all!!! MJ, RAY, AND OF COURSE DENISE! They're now apart of my West Salem family, as I live very close, this town is gifted by their Store, their merchandise, the Customer Service, especially the experience as they work hard at getting the right flavors for you. Very happy with the service AND the location. They've got a BUNCH of different stuff, whether you're into smoking OR vaping. Personally I went there for the vape stuff, but I was impressed with their selection of glass and accessories. Can't remember her name, but the lady that works there is always nice, plus she's patient when I can't make up my mind lol
