Kroger

Access Wireless Distributor was there giving out free Lifeline Phones. This one was 50 times better than the QLINK Wireless junk I tried before...promised a free tablet, that never came, wort phone I have had in my life...SO ACCESS WIRELESS was a welcome blessing even though it isn't A+ grade, the price and convenience can't be beat. This Kroger is usually always busy, nice selection of food, automotive, pharmacy, toys, collectibles, and the normal store items you'd expect. Lot of households, electrical, construction tools, cleaners, detergents, utensils and a Nice Gas Station.

all Laundry Detergent 32-100 oz. on Sale for $1.99 is "all brand" not all the unpriced 6 FULL shelves of Tide variants, where the sign is placed (only price on the whole shelf) that fit the sign description exactly. Think they should have honored that one....if there were even ONE BOTTLE OF ALL in sight I would digress, but nope....Tide with OxiClean, Tide Original, Tide Spring Essence, Tide with Color Safe Bleach....Nope No all. lol

Kroger is an easy walk from my home and back. The employees are very helpful.

Amazing customer service very helpful and accommodating with price matches. Won't go to any other kroger's after this the manager was amazing and went out of her way to help didn't have that I dont have to mentality because of a different color shirt.

Kroger is awesome. You can always depend on them to have meat on sale (we love to get our ribs from here). They have really good deals on shrimp too but unfortunately it's usually farm raised. The produce here is always fresh and it's so nice that they stay open fairly late when a quick late night run is needed.

Great customer service very helpful and friendly

They are really doing a good job by getting products out on the shelves. The only problem that I think needs to be taken care of is there parking lot and their carts need to be brought inside the store when I go in there there are never cards you have to go out in the parking lot and get them.

Was able to get what I went in for. It was easy to find. And the self check out made it easy to get out of the store in a timely manner.

Very, very clean and well stocked. What I saw were all employees either working to keep a organized structure, or just clocking in. Customer service care were curteous as well as efficient and parking lot was polished! This location is great for a pure shopping experience, I love it. Now another just like it is needed Northwest.

I love porter period, but I am especially fond of this location. Friendly and well laid out. You can't beat the deals. Free Friday downloads make me very happy :)

Shopping Kroger is almost always a great experience. The customer service is from stock support, cashiers and baggers is always wonderful as well as from those at the service desk up front.
Their sale prices are great with substantial savings each week and we enjoy the quality meats.

My favorite grocery store in town. It's large enough for almost every grocery need without being overwhelming. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is a reflection on great management. And they are diligent at keeping checkout lines short.

I was at West State Krogers and couldn't find a rib roast. Randy went and cut one for me. I forgot to ask him to cut it in half. He took the already packaged rib roast and went and cut it in half for me and repackaged it. That's great customer service.

I love this Kroger. It is the location that has the most diversity in people. Whether it is a quick in and out ir a full out shop, I akways have a pleasant experience. The customer service is always great, I quickly find what I need because the store is organized, and they are always incorporating new ideas for better ways to serve the community.

Had a great experience working with the Columbia City Kroger this past weekend....our organization frys sausage sandwiches at the Old Settlers days...the manager was very accommodating having my huge order of 800 sandwich buns and supplies ready for pickup. Thanks

The store was busy. However, I was still to make a quick trip in and out for a few items.

Despite the store being busy the cashier was in good spirits and let them show.
