needed cr 2450 battery oddball for tundra remote. They had them after home depot and others did not. AND ACE took time to tell me where they were.

Nice medium size hardware store. They tend to have good service and most what the typical household needs.

I shop here occasionally and consistently see helpful and knowledgeable employees.

Had a leaky anti-siphon shut off valve. Asked Art what I needed and he got me to the right product. Told me what I needed to do. Got home, did what he told me, and the leak was fixed!

Last year I needed a screen repaired. The time frame they told me was two weeks. Said I wasn't sure that would work as we were leaving in two weeks. Took a look at the screen and said to give him 10 minutes. Done. Really appreciated the service.

Ace people are knowledgeable and willing to help. Worth the price!

It's the place where you can always find screws, nuts, bolts or other random fasteners for any project.
UPDATE: I needed a faucet supply line adapter 9/16-24 UNEF male to 1/2-Inch NPT male, not available at any DIY Box Store. Bill at Ahwatukee Ace not only helped me look through all of the adapters, but suggested 2 plumbing supply companies that may carry the super specific part. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, I will revisit Ace anytime I need help.

Love going to this Ace! Right when you walk in, you are greeted and asked, "Can I help you find anything! It has the hometown hardware store look and feel. Home Depot and Lowes can't compare to this type of customer service. Thanks Ace!

Exceptionally friendly staff. I was trying to jerry rig a project and they called a guy who did a great job of helping me think it through. Got all the parts n pieces I needed.

Bill asked if I needed assistance, right when I entered Ace. I have zero issue paying extra compared to Lowes and home Depot. The service here is superior and beyond. Saves time, which in turn saves money. He also told me about the $5 at the register I was going to save because of my $25 and over purchase for the promotion they have. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Jake in the key department worked some magic on a car key for me. He could have easily said it wasn't possible and sent me on my way, but instead went above and beyond and managed to fix my key. Ace Hardware is close to my house and it’s a go to store. The selection of items is great for a smaller store. The team is helpful and makes you feel like you are the only person in the store. Melanie a cashier is one of the sweetest people! She has is so friendly & efficient.

Excellent customer service. Prices are a little higher then home Depot and Lowe's but you most certainly can get in and out quickly. One thing I have noticed is they usually have a lot of stuff that you just simply can't find at the big box stores. It's always a bushing or a spacer or a special screw with a unique head on it that they always have. basically, if Ace hardware doesn't have it good luck finding it.

This is my neighborhood Ace and usually I just buy small things there but today I bought a new propane grill. Big purchase that was a very positive experience. Not like the big stores. The person who helped me went out of his way and even helped load it into my truck. Shop Ace and you won't be disappointed.

Those older sales-guys are awesome!! They'll take care of your most obscure order within minutes. That store's inventory is truely startling for it's size! It's invaluable to our community as it's the only Ace within miles!

I go in all the time for pretty much every little project I work on. The difference in going here vs a Home Depot or Lowes is astronomical. Great team of employees that are always there to help and help figure out what is needed. I really appreciate having this hardware store and its team of employees in the community!

This location along with the foothills location are A+.. always friendly and willing to find a way to help you. Went in for a key and walked out spending $50 on items I didn't really need just because I felt the service was good. I firmly believe in taking care of those who take care of you.
