Being an employee at the pharmacy isn’t a dream job. I know they’re understaffed right now and they follow so many guidelines like how many of one medication they can have in stock. It’s frustrating as a customer for sure but they have to juggle so much. It’s fast pace and they constantly have people putting them down. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes that we don’t see, I’m sure. Anyway, this CVS is convenient and wonderful to use.

The employees in the pharmacy work really hard. They seem understaffed right now like anywhere else, but they work hard to get things right and really care about their customers.

Decent location, obviously some of these folks have had some bad experiences. Just use a different pharmacy?

Horrid customer service. Manager is rude and condescending. I purchased an ear wax remover kit tonight for my sick daughter to use, only to get home and find there was no wax remover and the bulb syringe was dirty. I returned within 60-90 minutes only to have the manager imply that I was lying in front of my kids, offer a partial refund, and that I would have to buy a more expensive product because my incomplete kit was the last one on the shelf. As a mom, the last thing I wanted to do was get my sick kids out of the house for a second time to visit CVS and I certainly wouldn’t go in there to lie and steal wearing my name and business on my sweatshirt as I had tonight, which I explained to her, only to have her double down on her implication that I was lying. I can’t imagine talking to a customer the way I was talked to tonight. My children were equally horrified to see the way I was treated and in tears by the time we left.

Never have anything in stock and the people at the pharmacy aren't ever really sure what they are talking about I went to pick up mens for my child and they said be ready in 20 minutes and then 5 min later texted us that it was on back order. They don't know what most of the medications are even simple ones.

Terrible experience. Said they couldn't fill the prescription, but after a half hour of them trying to make us drive to a different location that was way out of our route, the "manager?" asked what the issue was and said that they could fill half the prescription. Apparently the first guy just didn't feel like checking if they have it in any other quantities. Avoid this pharmacy.

We were in the drive thru line tonight to pick up a prescription urgent care sent for our 1.5 year old. We were in line before 6 with one car in front of us. They served the car in front of us then as we pulled up the two employees stood in front of the window smiled and pulled the blinds down refusing to serve us. This was at 6:02 with no cars behind us. It would have taken them 2-3 minutes to pick our prescription off the shelf and take our payment. I understand you have to close at some point but we were in line before closing time and it would have only taken a few minutes to help a sick kid. Also do it respectfully, not the way it was done.

This was horrible. No communication. 1st go to pick my normal med. They say it wasn't filled because it's no longer available. They gave me another choice that i had filled. Then went to refill that again went to pick it up and they said they weren't able to do it. They said they were going to have to do a different pill count then they could do it and I'd have to wait till Monday agian. Came back Monday got told agina they didn't have it. Told to wait 20mins, they would have something ready came back to have them say they couldn't do it. They tried offering something different again. Different won't work. And they probably won't have it ready anyway it's been 4 times and 2 weeks and I've left with nothing.

Extremely slow. Speed is not their priority here. Go to another store unless you have a lot of time to spare!

Person that works at the counter is completely clueless.
I went to check out and wanted the employee to check me out rather than use the self check out. I do this because I like that people have jobs rather than a computer take their jobs. The lady seemed totally put out that she had to check me out. The laziness of society today is unmatched.
And the store looks dumpy. If I was looking for a dollar store I would have just gone to one.

There are some very courteous workers in this pharmacy, but the manager/pharmacist is extremely rude (you can hear her talking to others on the phone). I pity the rank and file employees who are just trying to do their job and help others, because most experiences are very frustrating. Nothings stays on file, I rarely go in and pick up a script without having something wrong with the meds, the amount charged or a 20-40 minute delay. The only reason I go is that It happens to be <1/2 mile from my home. Today the toll-free CVS Caremark/Customer Care rep I spoke with who confirmed my Insurance coverage suggested that I have my script filled at another pharmacy (Lititz), because he isn't confident that Manheim's system issues can be resolved. Go figure

I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy in my life. God forbid a life sustaining medication actually gets filled on time or is in stock. I’ve had more call backs from this cvs about “issues”/stocking problems than I have from any other company, store, or even doctor. Either they need to be shut down or they are really lonely and enjoy trying to talk to someone on the phone. Either way, get your meds filled at weis.
