Best experience ever. This man is amazing. I had never looked for a new car by myself before and he was so helpful and patient and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. When I was able to get someone else to come test drive/double check it with me he was just as nice to them. If I could give 6 stars to Rolando I would. He’s pretty awesome.

We had an ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL EXPERIENCE at Toyota of Lancaster. It started with Gavin in Parts and Service who got us checked in Quickly. Then he facilitated the connection for our rental until our work was done. When we got the call about what work lay ahead we decided to take a look at the Used Cars available on the lot. Deb and Gavin handed us off to Rolando and Lily to help us look, decide,
and then finance our new vehicle.

The process of looking, test driving and purchasing/financing was three hours to the minute. Absolutely THE BEST AND FASTEST PURCHASE of a vehicle that we have experienced in our 37 years of marriage!

First off, Toyota is the best (with Mazda right behind)! If you don't believe me, ask your mechanic. Second, in my area (Lancaster, PA), you can't do better than Lancaster Toyota, specifically the used vehicle department. Rolando was my guy there, and he definitely took care of me. Without pressure, he let me come to my own decision on my vehicle. He answered all of my questions as though he was my friend, not a salesman. When I requested that he take seats out of the van I was interested in (so I could take some measurements in the back of it), he simply replied, "What time should I have it ready for you". I'm very happy with my Toyota Sienna; I'm happy with the deal that we made; and I'm most certainly happy with all of Rolando's help in making it happen!

I've been a Toyota fan for years, but the folks at Lancaster Toyota stepped up the game even further for me. The prospect of replacing my beloved 2010 Rav4, my loyal friend for the past 160k miles, was kinda sad and i dreaded car-shopping stress. Lancaster Toyota made my transition to a new vehicle easy (the tech-curve between cars is wild!), fun (Judy's a great lady who put my needs first), and without pressure. I am (fickle apparently) head over heels for my new Rav4 XLE.
