AT&T Store

Dakota is absolutely amazing!! He is upfront and honest. He even figured out I had been paying extra insurance I didn't need for the past 2 years. I will not go to another AT&T store. These people are wonderful! Thanks so much for always being there to help!!

I had such a great experience at this store. Dakota Avery the manager was so helpful. I live closer too and normally go to the willow valley store but the costumer service was not good. They seemed unwilling to help and like it was more trouble to help then worth. I went to Dakota in Manheim which is a significant drive for me and left with my bill being what it should be and having everything explained so I knew what my final bill was going to be. He made sure I got all the discounts I qualified for and my bill lower then when I got there. Great costumer service!

He managed 3 different customers simultaneously & efficiently by acknowledging each person’s individual needs. He listened, explained and demonstrated anything that was presented to them. I stopped in for a specific cable. The store manager said hello before the door closed behind me. He looked high and low and found it for me ( my description of what I needed wasn't good ) and was a great person to do business with talk to.......

Suzanne gave us the best experience at any wireless store we've every had. She helped us with a fraud case that customer service never resolved. And put us on a better service plan while suggesting phones to fit our lifestyles. Suzanne also helped us sign up for the first responders program that was never offered to us before. She was very attentive and personable the entire time.

I worked with JJ and he transferred both of our phones in a complicated situation. He was awesome, persistent and just fantastic overall customer service. I definitely recommend the ATT store in Manheim Pa

Over 20 plus years of being with Sprint I thought I'd try a new provider. I was out in the Manheim area n decided to stop in AT&T. Wow what a surprise the customer service I received from both salesman was excellent and the knowledge of the products n services were excellent!! Many KUDOS to Dakota and Maycol! I stopped by the Manheim AT&T store tonight and Anthony and Lexi were both very helpful. I was a little stressed when getting there because I use my phone so much for work, and it wasn’t working at all for calls. They got me set up with a new phone, and the process was very quick compared to my experience in the past with transferring data from one phone to another. Thanks again for the great service!

Just had another helpful visit to the Manheim ATT store. I recently bought a new iphone but was having some texting inconsistencies. Derrick was very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable......he knew right away that it had something to do with the sim card and fixed the problem expeditiously! Thank you, Derrick!

I walked into the AT&T store in Manheim, PA. Bri was so knowledgeable and helpful. She took extra time to explain services, cost, options with no pressure. Highly recommend the store and Bri specifically!

Your store rep Lexii was phenomenal. She greeted me right away. She was with a customer when I got there & she informed me to give her a minute & she'll be done. She answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. This is my 2nd time going to that store. I don't live in the area & I work about 20-30min from there BUT I will only go to that store because of her and only when she’s working.

I had a very good experience/interaction at the AT&T in Manheim Pennsylvania. The customer service was above satisfactory and my new Samsung Galaxy S20+ is an awesome phone. I would like to thank Collin for his excellent customer service.

Anthony made transferring phones painless. In fact, it was fun and time went fast. I was surprised because I dreaded upgrading, but he took plenty of time with us while also keeping things moving. Highly recommend working with him!!

Great experience. My charging port was broken on my phone and they gave me plenty of options to get it fixed or a new phone. They were very friendly.
