Samuel completed a VERY thorough inspection. Explained very clearly what he found and what he recommended to renovate any issues. He’s professional, knowledgeable, very personable.
Steve came today and is top-notch. When he arrived he ensured that we knew what he was going to do, thoroughly inspected areas where work was to be done and assured that we had no questions. He assured quality work by repeatedly checking his work, he kept us informed of each task and he went to great lengths to insure that we thoroughly understood what he was telling us. Work was done in a timely fashion and he reviewed everything with us. True professional with a personable approach and conscientious worker.

So far very professional info and reasonable offers to choose from. Showed great experience and knowledge in answering our questions. Overall very satisfied. Finished the work EXCELLENT! and couldn't be more happier or satisfied. In my opinion Jon and his assistant deserves a raised. More than qualified for the job. AWESOME GUYS!! and Thanks!

We had a great experience with Paul and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing services. We were able to schedule him to come next day, first thing and I received calls prior to Paul's arrival on both visits, which was much appreciated. Paul was prompt, professional (wearing booties to protect floors), courteous and thorough with his examination. We had leaking from upstairs bathroom of unknown origin and Paul helped to determine the cause and best solutions possible in a very affordable manner. We will definitely be recommending and utilizing Benjamin Franklin services in the future. Thank you for helping us in a very stressful situation!

Kyle and Even both worked well together and the finished job when we went to look at it was incredibly well done. There was no mess to be cleaned up whatsoever.

Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a broken pipe in our shower. Josh arrived on time and had a great attitude! If I could give him 6 stars I would! Josh was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Dispatch was quick to answer and someone was out to my house within 2 hours on a Saturday. Todd was professional, responsive, and polite. He was also great with my dog. He was clear and communicative, and fixed another would-be issue before it could get worse. These guys are great.

Todd was very respectful and courteous. He explained the prices (though they were a little high). He wore booties the whole time he was inside. He took time to explain the pros and cons of the faucets we had provided him along with any possible failures. He was very helpful

As when Samuel installed the water filter system about a year ago, his work was excellent. He did a thorough check of our plumbing system and made sure all was well. He answered my questions clearly and made suggestions as needed. We hope to see him in the future !

I don't even know why I was panicking.  Kyle Bixler came out and replaced my well tank and piping.  I have acidic water that ate through the copper pipes. He replaced it with all new stainless steel fittings.  I don't know much about plumbing but it looks great! He cleaned up after himself and its almost like he wasn't even here.  Incredible work!

We have had Benjamin Franklin for a couple of projects and all of the employees have been very accommodating and helpful. They are all friendly and will answer any and all questions. The work is stellar and is done in a timely manner. And, if any issues arise they are on top of it. Will definitely use them again.

Kyle did a great job. Friendly and courteous. Checked everything out and let me know of a minor problem I have with the garbage disposal. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with plumbing issues. Thanks Kyle for a great job. I appreciate it.
