The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Matt at the Westport, CT location took great care of me and gave me what I needed to start my running journey and path to a healthier life style. He didn’t pressure me into buying the most popular shoe but gave me options that would work best for my feet.

I’m a walker and typically buy new walking shoes/sneakers this time of year. The shoes I was fitted for are truly the best I have ever worn. Worth every penny. I was fitted by Matthew Rooney who was a pleasure to deal with!. Very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! I cannot speak highly enough about it here. As a personal trainer, I love indoor cross training workouts as well as going for that run outdoors. Matt was able to help find me the perfect sneaker to meet all of my needs. Very highly recommended!

Fleet Feet Westport is my go to for all things running. The customer service is excellent. The selection is fantastic and the sales are amazing! They also do a lot of events and community outreach. We are lucky to have this store in Westport!

I went to Fleet Feet this past week and I was so impressed! I came in with a blister and the associate quickly conluded that I was wearing the wrong socks and helped me find the right pair, he then scanned my feet and helped me with a pair of sneakers, answering my many questions along the way. Days later, my blister is gone, my sneakers feel great and I'm psyched for my marathon.I recommend Fleet Feet in Westport 100%.

from start to finish, you get the sneakers - and possibly insoles your feet need for what you need them for. we are not all runners in this world so they really ask what you are looking for sneakers for. measure your feet by scanning them and then you walk on this mat and it shows the pressure points, etc. They are knowledgeable and friendly and they really know all things sneakers... and recovery too. I won't go anywhere else for sneakers.

I love this Fleet Feet location. Good location, easy parking, nice atmosphere in the store. I love the foot scans they do which are sent to your email. The sales associates are always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, they never make me feel rushed, and they answer all my questions. Most critically, you can return shoes that have been worn outside, which is of course super important when trying to properly test out running shoes.

Wow. What a difference. From my first phone call inquiring to walking into the store. Matt gave the best customer service, he did the scan of my feet.
