The bakery dept exceeded my expectations on a birthday cake i ordered and it was just delicious thanks guys!!

I find most any food or drug item I need here..as well as housewear items..toys clothes and pretty much like a department store too..good pharmacy..bank on site and ATM machine..highly recommended..

Catelyn W. is absolutely a sweetheart! I requested two flower bundles to be combined and she was so kind! The arrangement came out beautiful and the experience was amazing. Will definitely be back for more flowers! Thank you Catelyn W for my beautiful bouquet!

While doing Instacart Issac was super helpful in assisting me finding the

OMG people! This is an upscale Krogers in Willis y'all. Competing with HEB I presume. But they also have clothing and other hard goods in here. Wow!! Super clean too!! Good selection of organic foods as well!!

This location was very very clean. I found some nice floral arrangements marked down that were beautiful. This location actual sells clothing and jewelry.

I just absolutely love this store. I love how family oriented it is. They seems to always do something for the kids. Today on our visit they had free pictures with santa!

Great store good deals wish they would carry kroger brand hazel nut coffee creamer at this location

Had to come back and edit my review because WOW this store has turned itself around, the produce is superior to the HEB across the street, all the shelves are nicely stocked & faced. It doesn’t smell funny anymore either. Way to go Kroger crew ! Must have a new manager , KEEP THEM !

Found some cute boys clothes for toddler and inexpensive.

I was in Kroger in Willis early this morning when I experienced pain in my neck and weakness in my legs while checking out. The cashier finished checking me out while I sat in one of the seated carts and then bought me a water with her own funds. The woman who was bagging exchanged a ripped package of dog treats, opened a package of pain meds I had purchased, and walked me to my car and loaded my groceries. She then made sure I was okay to drive. I want to commend both these women on their compassion, their willingness to help, and their for their customers. Well done, ladies.

it was very well stocked and clean. the employee at the self checkout was extremely amazing and noticed I had picked the wrong item on my garlic cloves and fixed it for me saving me like 4 dollars.

I enjoy quality and quantity but when there's ever a shortage on any of those great customer service will always make the difference.

I ordered online for the first time and it went very well, despite it being the evening before Thanksgiving. The individual that picked and delivered my order was fantastic. Terri P. was exceptionally helpful during the ordering process via text and also very personable upon delivery. All of my items were not available, reasonably, due to the holiday and such short notice beforehand. But Terri P. was responsive to suggesting accurate replacement items. Terri P. was the best part of the experience, she is someone that you want handling your order.

Edit: Everything about the order was accurate. What I received directly reflected the online order list, replacements and exceptions included.

This Kroger, especially the bakery, never disappoints. My 6 yr old swears by their donuts! Bakery, you are causing smiles and happy bellies! Also thanks for you availability early morning, I work 3rd.

The kindest sweetest pharmacy in Willis. I have been abused at CVS by the pharmacist, . Kroger people were so kind to me when my mother was dying from Dementia. When she passed , the first time I went back they all came out to hug and comfort me. I was overwhelmed one of the girls even teared up with me.
Needless to say i can't say enough about them

Pretty nice store. The employees are always nice to us customers too!
I do wish that the go-carts would work a lot better instead of breaking down all the time. It is very difficult when one is stranded on an aisle with no way to walk.
