Dairy Queen

Shawna is absolutely wonderful!! literally such a sweetheart, she made our entire night. she is so quick and effortless with her job, she put up with me rolling through the drive through twice to get another order of tacos for my partner and i haha. Shawna, if you’re seeing this, thank you!!! you are so great!

I had the Fish basket and wife had Taco beef salad, The fish was really good, fries were Luke warm, however the hot fudge sunday and ice cream cone were great.

One of the better fast food burgers I’ve had. Staff is super friendly, and the store itself is clean and nicely updated. Should’ve stopped in sooner!

This is a very nice dairy Queen. It is clean. The staff is very nice. The only drawback is the sodas are done with a freestyle machine, and for those who like their sodas just right, the freestyle machine is very inaccurate.

I ordered two different blizzards combined as one large Blizzard and some Dairy Queens give me trouble with this others don't this one I have never had a problem they understand Hawaiian and tropical a total of four ingredients

This is by far the best location I have been to. It is very clean. The person at the counter is very polite. My chicken strips were fresh and ready in no time.

I’ve been to a million Dairy Queen’s, but there is not one like this. This place has great Customer service. I really appreciated the help I received from Jackson Westmoreland. He was a very hard worker and he was also very kind to me. Thank you Mr. Westmoreland for serving me and my friend ice cream. I will never forget this experience. Thank you DQ for exceeding the high expectations I had set for you.

I LOVE THEIR DIPPED CONES ! ! Perfect treat for a Sunday drive around Willis and then back to Montgomery. The butterscotch is worth trying. I usually get chocolate, but I may have found my new favorite. Order was quick and service was great. Thank you DQ!

The place appeared very clean and the menu was easy to read and understand. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The nice woman who waited on us even came by our table to check on us to make sure our food was good. Of course by then we had devoured our ice cream treats. I recommend this location for your next fun time treats stop.

We came in this afternoon after leaving another restaurant due to a rude employee. Both ladies that waited on my family were absolutely amazing and extremely nice. The food and ice cream was great as usual. Ms. Jamie even went out of her way to make sure my drink was correct 3 times. (The original drink was flat) We'll be back!

I'm sorry that lady freaked out on y'all about mayo, but the manager on duty tonight handled that situation well. Food was excellent. We ordered cheesy dudes. They were delicious. 😎

Went for dinner at this location for the first time, amazing service customer service and the team was very respectful. The place was clean and busy, I will definitely be back. Also Richie was OUTSTANDING, if you’re looking for management qualities…. Definitely a good choice. It was a great experience for me and my family

Location from the south is easy to enter.

The young people that work here are amazing! They go above standard for trying to make sure everything is right.

However, the management always seems to understaff the employees. Long lines due to two employees at most visits. Person at the window is the same at the counter. They are moving as far as they can. The line in both backs up.

Update: We have chosen to go to the Trinity, TX location from now on... Due to food selection, and overall quality of store.

The employees are always so friendly every time I go. The food is good but the chicken strip basket is sometimes over cooked and I think they need to change out their grease more frequently. And PLEASE TOAST the texas toast with a little butter on it like you did years ago, it makes a big difference. Our favorite item is the tacos, I could eat them every week they are so good. We swing through the drive through here fairly often since it is convenient. Thanks for always being so nice at the window 😁

This Dairy Queen is exceptional. Everyone here is quick, friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. They go above and beyond. Had an issue once with dine in, everyone fixed it with a smile no questions asked. Restrooms have always been clean and I enjoy my dine in experience every time.

Everytime we visit this location we have an awesome experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and hot. The banana splits are amazing, made just the way we like them. Will continue to visit this location...

First went here about a year ago and swore I would never waste 30 minutes of my life waiting for a corn dog again. After setting in traffic for a few I figured I would give them a second chance. Holly$#!+ !!!!!! This is the best DQ I have ever eaten at.

A very sweet young lady named Alexa took the order and recommended the brownie ice cream! It was so delicious!
I was happy with the service and the facility is very nice and clean.
All of the staff were very friendly.
Alexa may have been the Manager, she seemed like a take charge person although she looked too young to me.
