Rick & Larry are the best! I had a better experience than when I purchased my vehicle. My husband and I were first time camper buyers and extremely nervous. Rick immediately put us at ease with the whole experience. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we had no questions unanswered. From the time we looked at the inventory to the time we signed papers and even now he has gone above and beyond. Larry made the whole signing papers process a breeze. He made sure to explain every aspect from warranty coverage to the loan itself. The whole staff was friendly and professional. It was an absolute great experience. Highly recommend Holiday World Willis to anyone in the market.

As first time owners of a travel trailer, everyone at Holiday World was great. We walked in there thinking we were going to be hounded, and it was completely the opposite.
We mainly worked with Greg from sales, and Brandon and Mike from parts and service. Not only did everyone make us feel welcome, they also stuck to everything we were looking for after tons of research. As well as teaching us a few more tips and tricks from their personal experiences.
I would highly reccomend Holiday World for anyone who is in the market.

Holiday World of Willis did not disappoint! Our salesman, Jentry, was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He made sure that all of our needs were taken care of and that we had all the information we needed to make a decision on which fifth wheel to upgrade to. The whole dealership went above and beyond to insure we had a great experience. From finance to sales to the parts department, this place is top notch and I would recommend to anyone.

Stopped in to get some ideas for a future purchase. My wife and I were greeted at the door by Ed Reese. He was very helpful and didn't pressure us on anything, which is nice considering the high pressure you usually get at these types of businesses. We left feeling a lot more informed on what we want for our purchase. We will be returning in the future.

The facility is immaculate. The staff are well versed in their profession. Every single department is dedicated to helping you find what you need and make it yours. They are friendly and they work with you. I looked around for about 6 months for my specific RV/Camper that was sold out nation-wide and finally found it at their location,… and $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else. Andrew was my sales rep and even though he admitted to being new he did an amazing job showing me around and educating me on my new rig. He followed up with me, ensured my experience was excellent and even contacted me after I had left to see how my first trip went. These guys know what quality care and assurance is. I trust them to take care of me and my rig long term. Make sure to ask the front desk girl to make you some cookies. They’re pretty good!

Dan was great! We set up 2 separate appointments because we couldn’t decide on a model. These people care about customers and are as friendly as they get!

Holiday World in Willis is Outstanding. We are Previous buyers and returned to purchase another Rv. Our Salesman Jentry Weisinger is very knowledgeable, professional and kind , answered all our questions and made sure we knew everything about the new Rv we purchased. Our Finance Manager Charles Ferguson is absolutely the best , he goes out of his way to get you the best deal ! I highly recommend you to see him for financing.
And the Service Department they took great care of any issues we had with the new Rv and all the aftermarket purchases. We had all this Great Service then at the end Jentry cooked Everyone that came through the door hamburgers and hotdogs.

Steve, Mike, Larry were awesome. I looked over the negative reviews before coming to purchase our fifth wheel. Hoping that everyone has the experience that my family had. There was no pressure which made the experience so easy. Within 2 days it was at our property.

When we entered the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Greg Hill. He listened to what we wanted and was able to show us several models. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very thorough. This is a long review but worth the read if you're indecisive about purchasing an RV from Holiday World of Willis. By the way, I'm a critic from Hell and I tell it like it is in my reviews.

My husband and I purchased a Newmar Bay Star 3226 on Friday, May 31st, from Holiday World of Willis. Let me tell you, this has absolutely been the most delightful experience I've ever had at any RV dealer and I've had many years of experience (as an individual, not a dealer) buying and selling RVs, throughout Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. From the moment you walk through their doors you will be treated with the utmost respect. There are no pushy sales people, these people are there to please their customers and every one of them from the front desk to the service center, does just that. They go above and beyond to help you and meet your needs. We felt as if we've known these people for years.

Now let me tell you about our salesman, Gary Chambers. It didn't matter how many RVs we wanted to look at or that we wanted to go back and look at the same RVs a 2nd, 3rd or even 4th time. It didn't matter how many questions we asked or if we repeatedly asked the same questions about each RV we looked at, Gary answered every question and drove us around on the golf cart to every RV we wanted to see. Time was not an option for him, helping us find what we were looking for was. He's topnotch to say the very least. His knowledge of RVs is beyond compare and every single person that works there will tell you that Gary is the best. If you want to know the history of RVs, just do a Google search. Your search results will say, "See: Gary Chambers at Holiday World of Willis ".

Our RV was ready for delivery on Monday, June 3rd, but due to a road crew mishap on the interstate, Holiday World's and other surrounding businesses internet was down from late morning until after they closed. Although we live an hour away from Willis and knowing that we wouldn't be bringing our new coach back home with us, (due to the internet) we decided to go do our walkthrough anyway, mainly because we enjoyed the company of and the hospitality of the employees. The walkthrough was great and once again, time was not an option. I truly believe that if you had 8 hours worth of questions, they would be delighted to answer all of them without hesitation. Yesterday morning, June 4th, we went back, did all of the paperwork and drove our beautiful Newmar coach home. They allowed us to leave our car there overnight because we would be heading that way again in the morning on our way to Texas Motor Speedway. We arrived this morning and our Kar Kaddy, that we also purchased there, was ready to go. They took their time to show us step by step how to use and hook up our car to it. They also wanted to make sure that all of our questions or concerns had been answered and to let us know that if we had any questions down the road that we could call anytime. We also have Gary's personal cell phone number which we can call if any issues come up. Gary, not just a salesman, but now a friend, actually called us after business hours to see how our trip was. That alone says it all!

Thanks to Gary, Cory, Justin Wilson, Terri, Tracy, Daryl and all of the crew at Holiday World of Willis for making this a memorable and delightful experience for us! I "guar-rhon-tee", as Justin Wilson would say, you won't be disappointed and your experience will be just as delightful as ours.

T-Boy was very knowledgeable about the RVs he showed us. He Had them ready and cooled off in the 100* weather we were having to show us. We really appreciated that. He answered all our questions and was very professional and personable. He gained our confidence and his follow up was very good after the sale. T-Boy was instrumental in matching the other Holiday World’s numbers without the back and forth. He made our experience very enjoyable. With this experience with T-Boy we will be happy to refer him out to anyone shopping for an RV.

We just bought our first RV, woohoo! Colby was our salesman and did an excellent job on keeping us informed of the process and returning our calls in a timely manner. The showroom is beautiful! Calling to reach someone is cumbersome - that is definitely something that needs to be addressed as the company directory does not work. We bought the camper on a phone call and if we could not have reached someone that day we would have went somewhere else, just FYI. The point of my review is to acknowledge Ryan in parts! Wow! Ryan was awesome to work with. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of us. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and stayed very late walking us through everything to be sure we were confident for when we take ownership. He gave me his cell number so he could be easily reached and has always been available to answer every question. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Ryan. Thank you so much for a job well done, looking forward to our continued relationship with Holiday World of Willis.
