My daughter and I had a great experience with Toba at the salon today! So pleasant and kind, especially to my 7 year old. Left feeling refreshed and like a million bucks! She always made sure we felt comfortable before she cut. We will definitely be back.

Book Brianna S. for a salon service right now. She did my hair for the first time today & it came out perfect. Literally identical to the reference pics I showed her. (The first pic is me the 2nd is the ref) She’s also extremely nice & easy to talk to too. This is by far my favorite cut I’ve ever gotten & I will absolutely be going back to her. A lady at the front desk. I believe her name starts with an Oka.. (Not sure, I’m bad with names!) she has a blue eyeshadow and I needed help, in 2 minutes I was able to purchase a bridal shower gift and a gift for myself ❤ thank you!

Brought in my mom for hair and makeup a few months ago to this location and I was blown away by the amazing work by Toba. She was so patient with my mom and listened to exactly what she wanted! Very pleased and cant wait to be back. Thanks Toba :)

Wonderful experience. This Ulta location has gain a loyal costumer because of the employee who helped me. After not having the best costumer service in the past with their general costumer service, and with not the best experience with the Ulta location in Ramsey; everything that was incorrect or not filled in was solved instantly. I believe her name was Kaitlynn, but I will definitely go back and hopefully see her, who has helped me to perfection. I really just loved her professionalism and help with no questions asked. It seems like this staff has a better understanding on great service and sincere care for their costumers. They’re on top of it, and prepared which blows the other location in the dust by far. Also, she let me know of their upcoming breast cancer awareness event and what it entailed. I know it’s part of the job to inform clients of things, but I would go just because of the great service and it’s an attractive new location. I look forward to shopping with Ulta. Thank you again Kaitlynn for your amazing service.

I needed an updated makeup look without the high pressure environment of the department stores. I also wanted someone with access to many brands rather than just one. I booked my appointment with Alissa for a 30 minute makeup lesson. I arrived a few minutes early and as I wandered around (completely overwhelmed by all the pretty things), several people asked if I needed help. It was the way they approached me that was kind without being pushy that made me feel really comfortable. Alissa came out and sat me down in the salon area and asked a bunch of questions about the look I wanted and colors I was comfortable with. She went out into the store and came back with a bunch of samples. She matched my foundation color, which as far as I’m concerned is an impossible task on your own. She found a great blush color, nice eye shadows as well as eye liner and lip colors. She was kind, patient and showed me different ways to apply the same colors with different techniques that would take me from the office to a night out without buying a bunch of different pallets. Alissa walked the store with me when I was finished and helped me gather all of my new goodies, kept my budget in mind and spent much more time with me than I expected. This middle aged woman is sporting a new young look thanks to Alissa and Ulta and I know when I go back to buy my refills I’ll get the same great service.

I walked in waiting for breakfast to try to get my brows done at the Benefit station and wasn't able to but instead enjoyed walking around this super clean store. I wound up getting lost in their clearance section up front and was impressed with the selection and quality of items!

Fantastic blow dry and straightening with a phenomenal shampoo today with Vanessa. Vanessa not only went above and beyond to deliver my request for a sleek and shiny style, she surpassed my expectations with her winning personality.
